Great Location but Old Hotel

The location of the hotel was great, but it was old and the rooms were not the cleanest. I didnt have a telephone in my room or did I have a lock on the door. There were bugs in my room. I will not be staying there again.

Staff needs improvement

Staff was not the friendliest. One girls was chewing her food while talking to me.

Horrible experience

First of all, upon our arrival, there were someone else's shoes in the room, which means that they did NOT clean the room... how could they miss a pair of shoes?! Then, the housekeeping never came (and no, I did not have the do not disturb sign up) we ran out of towels and toilet paper, my husband had to track someone down to get the things we needed. The TV was not working right, several channels did not have sound, they were fuzzy, and would cut in and out. One channel had porn on it, which I found absolutely disgusting, what if a child had found that channel? There was no remote for the TV. Oh, the list goes on and on.... the neighborhood was not very good, local hoodlums hanging out at the gas station next door creeped me out! They would harass you if you walked by them attempting to get into the store. The shuttle was a joke... only came two times and we were on it for over an hour each way, as it stops at several hotels. We ended up buying a pass for the local trolly for the week, but we were still charged for the shuttle. Overall BAD STAY- would NOT stay again.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

We had to three times. First, because of no heat or cable in the room. Second, I was woke at 1:30am because the in room fire alarm was going off due to the in room heater. We ended up moving to another room with twin beds. This was not the anniversary vacation we were looking for.

It was ok .

I would not stay there again , but if you are looking for a cheap hotel its not so bad. The place looks dirty right when you drive in . Then you look at the other side of the street and see the sheraton and you say to yourself ..WHY DID I NOT STAY THERE? The shower in the room was broken , so water was all over the place. The room was pretty clean , but it just looked bad . The pillow was so hard that my neck was hurting the next day .Its kijd dark at night , so i did not feel safe . The only thing i liked about my stay was that the room was super cold. So if you are reading this , just think really hard before you say yes to this place .

Hotel lobby had no air conditioning on check-in date. Phone in room did not work. A/C unit louder than most. TV reception (Satellite) was very poor.

I really did love the location, it was right in the middle of everything. Unfortunately I was not satisfied with housekeeping. We left the hotel at 8am and returned at 4pm and the room was not cleaned I called the front desk and explained to the that the sheets were romoved but not replaced. They informed me that is how they do it one person removes the sheets another makes the bed. The room smelled like mildew, The iron was broken. overall it really wasn't that bad but thay need to improve housekeeping

That was no switch working in my room! It was very dificult to turn the lights on or off! A lot of cables visibles and some of them broken! The carpet was not so clean.

Stay Away!!

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. We booked last minute when our travel plans changed, and I am still regretting the decision to stay here. The room was FILTY. The front door didn't seal and even when closed and locked you could see people walking by your room through the large gap. The bathtub leaked and ran all night long, no only keeping us awake but robbing us of hot water to shower in the morning. There was mold growing in the bathroom, and the entire room smelled musty. The front desk staff was rude and it was impossible to get towels. The only nice point was the pool which was very clean and well maintained. There are lots of attractions within walking distance from the hotel, but it is NOT the place to stay. The taxi driver who picked us up after that one awful night to take us to our resort in Disney said they are known for cockroaches. YUCK!

Needs Improvements

We have stayed at this hotel 5 times over the past few years and it seems to be falling apart. The outside is dirty, the room was dirty, I had ants in my room. I thought it was great for the price but next time I think we will pay a little more for a cleaner room.
