Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 15Hotel need improvement
Great Location and beach access. Our room was dark, musty and mold/mildewy. I think the hotel just needs to upgrade it's cleaning and it would be fine. I'm just not a big fan of mold and mildew.

Great location but the room was humid and the bed uncomfortable.

Trip Type: Family Review 5 of 15surprising disappointment
After reading overwhelmingly positive reviews about this place as a short term stay, we were disappointed to find a smelly, dirty room, with mildew in the bathroom, malfunctioning AC unit, and less than average service

Trip Type: Romance Review 6 of 15You get what you pay for.
You get what you pay for, however the location was ideal. The hotel pool was small and not heated. The matress was like sleeping on a kitchen table. We had 3 sleepless nights before we finally took the matress off the pull out sofa double bed and put it horizontally across the king bed, then filled in the foot of the bed with couch cushions. It shouldn't be so hard to sleep on vacation! We had some creatures living in our room with us the entire week, which wigged me out a little bit but they proved to be just as scared of us and stuck to their parts of the room. The sliding glass door was incredibly hard to open. Also, be sure to check out on time, even 10 minutes late is a $99 charge. The air conditioner and mini fridge were both extremely loud, but I was glad to at least have an air conditioner and mini fridge. Next time I'll be spending a little more for a bit nicer place.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 7 of 15Reception Desk Staff Needs Less Sarcasm
It was just one lady who seemed to be filled with sarcasm during our stay and check in. Unfortunately during the days we stayed there, she was the front desk clerk. Asking her for assistance or simple questions to her were such draining experiences due to the tone of her service and voice towards us.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 8 of 15Don't go here
We booked this hotel as a bridge between a earlier flight and our vaca condo in Princeville. They stuck us in the bottom floor of this hotel and the room was musty and the beds hard. The room stunk and was the single worst hotel room I have had in the past 25 years of my life. I have stayed in many and this was just pathetic. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 9 of 15There are 3 ResortQuests in Kapaa
We stayed at the nice ResortQuest for our first night and then booked online for two more nights for what we believed was a discount. We then tried to check in, and they couldn't find our reservation. It wasn't until I said something like "It's not like there's more than one ResortQuest in Kapaa" that the reservations person mentioned there was another one. We went to ResortQuest #2, and were told there's yet another one. We went to ResortQuest #3, and it was old, rundown and musty. Showers were unacceptable, and rooms in general were dirty. When booking, please beware that there are 3 - two of them are fantastic, but the ResortQuest Aloha Beach is the one to stay away from.

Trip Type: Family Review 10 of 15A Little Dissapointing
This hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. We only stayed for one night and did not have the opportunity to use any of the facilities and beach other than the restaurant.. We ate breakfast at the restaurant and it was good. The room itself is rather small and very dated. The beds were of mediocre quality. Overall, probably would not stay there again unless I only needed a room close to the airport for a night.

Trip Type: Family Review 11 of 15nice location... thats about it
I loved the location of this hotel and the pool but thats about it. Right on the beach! The actual rooms were pretty yucky. Beds were hard and the pillows were hard and lumpy. Made it really hard to sleep. We also ate breakfast at the hotel the next morning. It was not good food and pricey. They just need to update the beds and linens. It had AC too which was nice.
