Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 11gross and disgusting
Our room was really dirty; sheets were stained and had blood on them. There was dirty silverware under the table. Filthy coffee pot. and I can forget to mention the gang and drug activity going on outside the hotel. We did not feel safe at all we were glad that we only stayed one night. We will NOT stay again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The room was somewhat clean. The bath tub was not clean however. I could tell that the property was not well maintained by the stained surface of the tub and walls.

Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 11Scary Location
Almost got mugged on Saturday night at 8pm with my 16 month old son. Not a safe place...

Trip Type: Business Review 4 of 11Ok, for the price but was a little run down
The bath tub looked dirty but it was paint or someone spilled bleach in it. You can hear too much noise from the other guests.

I know this hotel has a great low rate, but it's located in a shady part of town, and I didn't feel safe there. Even the desk clerk was scary! Super cheap-o mattresses on the beds made the stay uncomfortable. The breakfast boasted of items that simply weren't there and wouldn't be there. It was early when they ran out of simple things (butter, milk, juice, waffles, bread, creamer, sugar) and didn't replenish them, even though there were guests standing around waiting to get a chance to nibble SOMETHING.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 6 of 11Needs some improvement
When we walked into the hotel room we noticed the coffee pot had been left on and there was nothing in it....That kind of made me worry about fire safety because I was wondering if they had left it on in any of the other rooms, and if they had left them on in the other rooms, then that's really not safe. Then I was taking a shower and happened to look in one of the creases of the shower curtain and it was nasty. I don't know what that stuff was on the shower curtain but it was nasty. Also the power went out in the middle of the night, luckily I woke up and realized this because my son had a soccer tournament to be at early that morning and had I not woke up early we would have been late!!!!

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 7 of 11Nice Room, Staff knowledge needs improvement
The room itself was nice. We have no complaints about it. But...we got wrong directions to the hotel and when we called the front desk to get directions we were sent in the opposite direction and ended up 20 minutes on the other side of town. When we finally made it to the hotel, we got our key and the woman at the front desk told us where our room was, but was wrong. We ended up on the opposite end of the hotel which was a dead end. The staff could use some improvement on their knowledge, but the room was not bad for the money.

Trip Type: Business Review 8 of 11Where is the Wireless
I never recieved any assistance with connecting to the internet. Even after calling the help-desk. The toilet was broken and it only had two working outlets. I was not satisfied with the service.

Trip Type: Family Review 10 of 11Just choose another!
Our family is not picky at all; but this place had dead bugs on the floor, and the carpets were so bad that after we got out of the shower we had to leave our shoes on, or our feet were blackened with filth. This made it unpleasant for our two small children. We also had a few people asking us for money when we would leave our hotel room, and other guests shouting obscenities from their hotel rooms.

Trip Type: Family Review 11 of 113 day weekend in Dallas
We flew in from out of town and arrived fairly late. We had made arrangements for a crib for my infant son (2 phone calls). The crib was in the room according to the paperwork at the front desk. Well it wasn't in the room. We could not put my son to bed for another hour while we waited for the poor guy at the front desk to bring us the crib (he could not leave the front desk as he was on his own). Very poor show by housekeeping. Sheets smelled of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was good considering what we paid.
