Decent neighborhood hotel, but no spa and thought location was closer to city

Hotel was cute and the staff were great. Nice to see a neighborhood (local) hotel with staff who cares. The location, however, left much to be desired. We would have preferred to be downtown. Originally thought this hotel's location was better positioned to downtown, and it wasn't. Bad planning on our part. The pool is nice, but small, and although the site states they have a spa, they don't. It appears they took out the hottub (because they still have the cover for one) and there is a table and couple chairs there now.

Small for the price

The room was very small for the price. The convenience of restaurants and things to do in the neighborhood was nice. However, it is Seattle, so be prepared to walk in the rain or pay a lot for parking.
