Great hotel, terrific staff eventhough we had an awkward experience with one of the older bellmen he was a bit snippy with my wife when there was no reason for it, the desk man smoothed it over very proffesional gentleman, staff of the restaurants are very accomadating

Trip Type: With Friends Review 3 of 213easy going Montreal
This hotel has a great location, close to good restaurants and clubs and fun nightlife. We were impressed with all of the hotel staff, friendly and very helpful. Their recommendations of places to eat/hang out were just what we were looking for. Great place for a weekend in the city, you are right in the middle of it all. One great suprise, even though the hotel is right by Crescent St, the room was really quiet!

Very nice small boutique hotel. Entire staff very friendly and accommodating. Outstanding concierge (Alain). Larger than expected room and bathroom. Les Beaux Jeudis restaurant offered excellent cuisine and wonderful service.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 7 of 213Great Location
Rooms were very big. Had lots of room for 2 quests. Would have liked one of the updated rooms but everything was very neat and spacious. Excellent location. Would like to go back in the spring when the roof deck is open. Prking was very reasonable. A big plus.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 9 of 213Great Value With Excellent Location
The vacation to Montreal was complete with this pick of hotel. It's location was perfect for wandering the downtown and access to the Metro. We enjoyed the amenities both in the room and at the lobby. The happy hour specials were great for a warm up to the night on the town. The staff are very courteous and were willing to help with any question we had. Our French was rusty but the staff spoke English just as well. They were very gracious from the moment we arrived to the day we departed.

Trip Type: Romance Review 11 of 213Outstanding hotel
We loved how close that the hotel was to everything downtown. The staff was very gracious & we loved the chocolates that the maid left for us every afternoon. The room included a place to make a pot of coffee. My wife's only complaint was that there wasn't enough light for her to read newspapers or magazines. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 14 of 213Great place but BUSY
This is a nicely renovated older hotel in the center of Montreal. Very trendy area. The problem some may have is that the pool and bar on the roof, while both pretty, are open tot he public. This meant they were packed with 20-30 year olds every day from 1130 when they open until 1am. This tied up the elevators. You have immediate access from the lobby (youcut into the line as a guest of hotel) but if you need to leave your floor there is often quite a wait for an elevator. Also, not having any ice machine was a problem.
