Trip Type: Romance Review 1 of 11Not worth the money...
The hotel room was small and cramped. There was barely enough room in the bathroom to turn around with hitting the sink or the bathtub. Walls are super thin, can hear everything in next room. Pool was nice though. Not a good location on the boardwalk... not near alot of stores like some other hotels on the other end of the avenue. They did allow for a late check out, that's about the only plus.

there was no warm shower water, the water would change between freezing cold and burning hot every 5 seconds. the toilet paper was see through(cheap toilet paper was used, we had to buy our own).there are 3 elevators and only 2 worked, it took forever for the elevators to reach the floors. the pool water was not clean, it was dirty and i do not believe the staff put any clorine in the pool. the cleaning staff was nice, but the check in staff were too busy reading books and spaced out to help the customers.

dirty rooms, dirty bathrooms, and our toilette clogged which was very inconviniet. Front desk staff very friendly and helpfull. I was happy they had extra garage for parking however it was soo tight i was scared my car would get scratched up!

This hotel is in a great location, right on the boardwalk/beach which is beautiful and near lots of restaurants and shopping. Only drawback was that our room was filthy. The bathroom was dirty and there were hairs everywhere.

The beds had a plastic cover that makes you sweat at night.Few channels on the tv.On an up note it had free wifi in the rooms.The location was good and the front desk was very courteous.

Did not have a good experience at this hotel to the point that we left one day early. there were many things to our dissatisfaction: The carpet was awefully dirty and discolored. Didn't dare taking our shoes off. The bathroom fan was the same switch as the light and it was so loud you wouldn't dare turning it on in the middle of the night. There is no closet for your clothes, just a small area to hang your stuff. The restaurant was closed. The beds had some sort of wrapping plastic casing that made disturbing noise as you moved in bed. The staff were fine. The only positive thing about this hotel was the indoor pool for the kids. All hotels in that area are Oceanfront. So that was not a "plus". Overall very disappointing hotel. Will certainly not stay there again.
