Rooms Need Work

Non smoking room smelled like smoke which agitated my allergies the entire stay. hair left in the bathrooms and dirty floors. not what i expected.

Hair, Locked Out, BIG Mess

Dirty (with other's hair all over the bathrom, cigarette marks on linen, mildew in kitchenette), disorganized and an overall terrible experience. I have never made a comment like this and am very low maintenance, but it was awful from beginning to end.

Below Average

The room was OK, but the wireless internet was so slow it was pointless to try to use it.

It was an extended stay type hotel. Nothing special. Didnt have all the utensils you would want though.

Good value for the money

Given the very low cost of the hotel (always cheapest in the neighborhood), and at 2 stars, it was what we expected. The room was clean but: The room was non-smoking, but the bedspread, carpet and curtains reeked of smoke. The shower curtain was moldy. The cups were not cleaned properly. The bedsheet was too small for the bed and kept coming off when you slept on it. The top sheet had a whole it it. Otherwise, wireless internet was good. I appreciated the kitchen and appliances. I appreciated the quiet location and felt safe. It's probably the best 2 star hotel I've stayed in. I probably will budget for a mid priced hotel (3 stars or so) next time I'm in town and be more comfortable.

Needs Improvement

They did not have my room really when i got there at 8PM. The coffee pot was dirt and not working. I had to pay to use the wireless internet.

DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY

Looks great from the outside, but was one of the dirtiest rooms I have ever stayed in anywhere. Really a shame. They should be ashamed of themselves to rent this room to anyone. The Extended Stay Hotel chain should really look into this location and resolve the problem we encountered.

Bad Experience

Checked in Friday 3/20/09 at 3pm.Went to our room, opened the door and suprise, it was already occupied. Went to the front desk, was told it would be a couple of hours before another room was ready!Went for coffee, came back, got card key, went to room, card would not open the door. Went back down to lobby, they "reprogramed" the the card. Opened this time. Every time we left the room and came back our card would not open the door. We had to have it "reprogramed" every time we left the room. Would not stay here again if it was free!!!

Horrible Experience

We checked in at 3pm (check in time), went to our room, it was already occupied by someone. Went down to the desk, was told it would be 2 hrs before another room was clean. Came back in 2 hrs, was given a card entry key, we to our room, the card would not open the door. Back to the front desk, they reprogramed the key. Was able to get in. Room was not clean by our standards. Every time we left our room and returned, the card access key would not work. We had to go back to the desk and have it reprogramed every time! Horrible stay. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

bathroom had hair on the floor nasty!!!! not a good smell either need to keep bedding fresh...use better soap quit cuttin corners ...

Needs Improvement

The kitchenet had a bottom missing from a drawer. AirVents were filthy with black dust and the was not so clean and roomy.
