Needs Drastic Improvement

Well lets see, the Shower leaked and made noise all night. Our comforter had big holes in it. The floor was dirty and needed vacuumed. The shower had stains all in it. Other than these things it was alright. The service was good. Location was great. Looked like they were remodeling the rooms on the floor we stayed and needed to remodel the room we stayed in.

Not satisfied!!

The price end up being the price of the 3 1/2" stars next door hotel, common areas were not mainted, (dirty) Bath tubs don't drain, it happen to 3 out the 4 rooms we rented. To top it all of people at front desk were not freindly. The only good thing about was a clean bed!!

Great Location, but Needs Improvement

The hotel is in a great location. We have stayed there before, but its been about 2 years since the last time we stayed there. This time the room was dirty; the bathroom had ants everywhere; the towels were dirty looking and they had stained. The carpet was dirty. I felt like they gave us the worst room in the whole hotel. Our room was located towards the back of the hotel-it seems that we were the only people in the hotel. The hotels needs to be remodel from top to bottom.

First, the building look old and dilapidated. Second, the way the Hotel is set up there were difficulty in finding the unsatisfied room that was assigned. There were hair in the toilet bowl and the room had a disturbing smell. " NEED LOTS OF IMPROVEMENT"

Third, the weather was a bit chilly due to the change of climate around that time and to make matters worst, I was assigned another room due to the poor conditions of the first one but the air unit could not be regulated. It was either burn are freeze. I was seriously not satisfied and because of that, I would not dare recommend this hotel to anyone.

Dirty Bathroom!!!!

Location is great but hotel really needs cleaning...

Needs lots of improvement

Carpet was stained. Bathroom was so old that it looked horribly dirty. Maid service did not show up. Remote didn't work. Phone in room couldn't dial out. The front desk said all this would be fixed by thetime I got back after work...none of it was done.

Needs improvement

The breakfast was included but was the worst continental breakfast I ever had. Went only once and never again. I was first checked in at a room that looked like they were doing maintenance on it but the front desk did not know?? All the tables and chairs had been placed on top of the beds. The airconditioning parts were all around the carpet and the phone was not working either. After they changed my room the toilet was dirty, the shower was full of hairs and the phone in my room did not work.Plus I did not get housekeeping service for 2 days due to the holidays????!!!! I only stayed because I had already paid my entire stay.I will never booked my hotel for more than one day never again, in case the hotel is not good. I on the other hand will still book my hotels trough the hotel.com website. I had no problem with them.

Ok for bed and move...

Chose this location for proximity to universal and key attractions on international drive...offers basic bed and breakfast(not so good. They also collect additional $2.50 as a service fee in addition to what I paid online. Offers free wireless good if you have a laptop but no free computer at lobby...have to pay $2 for 6minutes...

OK Hotel

First of when i arrived to the hotel I had to sleep with the A/C broken because no one couldn't fix it. But that was understandable because it was late. The next day I told the Front desk and their remark was that it works and we are not going to switch rooms in a angry manner. A lot of fussing around they finally when to my room and the had to change the entire A/c Unit out. Even if we pay not much to stay in this hotel I believe that some respect should be given to the guest that are staying there. I will only recomend this hotel if its an last min thing or just going to be there for a night.

Could use improvements

I was driving from Michigan to a new job in the Keys. This hotel accepted pets, as most do not in the area. First, they could not find my reservation,I requested a non-smoking room, sinks had burn marks. Carpets were disgusting no room service on day 2, at midnight it was loud. The continental breakfast tasted old (how can you mess up donuts and mini muffins). My son did enjoy the pool.

Horrible

First of all the rooms are disgusting! Bugs in the sheets! The breakfeast looked like it was old. the towels looked dirty! i want my money back!!

Hell no do not go!

The room was moldy, air conditioner did not work. Maintence never came when called. Charged me for 5.00 dollars for room upkeep fees when room was not kept up. No ice in any hall way machines.

weekend stay

The location was the greatest part of the stay for the hotel. It was only five minutes from the Universal Studios. If your looking for just a room with two beds, no closets, safe on the floor in the middle of the room, a place to crash for the night or a few hours, this is the place for you. But you can't beat the price it was cheaper then driving back to Daytona if you are spending the weekend.
