Trip Type: Not Provided Review 3 of 58Perfect Location
This hotel was located in a perfect area which allowed us to grab a quick cup of coffee in the morning and head out to catch the wonderful transit system available within a short walking distance in almost each direction. The grounds were beautiful to walk both day and night and the staff was more than helpful when called upon. Having never been to Japan nor speaking with anyone who had, we were extremely pleased with our choice!

Pleasantly surprised with the hotel. The rooms were quite large (compared to most Tokyo hotels). The staff was very helpful and courteous. It was also very close to several different Tokyo metro stations making it very convenient for sightseeing.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 7 of 58Wonderful Tokyo Experience!
I was unfamiliar with the layout of Tokyo before arriving, so had to book this hotel based on other reviews. Thankfully, everything worked out. The hotel itself is beautiful, large and exactly what I was looking for. There's a free shuttle to one area of town (Hamamatsucho station) where you can take the water bus to Odaiba, and it's within walking distance of the ever-efficient subway system. Staff was very helpful, and though we couldn't check in early, I was able to get the room I wanted: high up and with a view of the Tokyo Tower off the balcony. Didn't get to use any of the facilities here, though they sounded wonderful. Naturally, I expected everything to be a bit pricey, so wasn't surprised by some of the charges against everything. That said, they offered a fairly priced airport bus trip which was a great ride. Highly recommended, would absolutely stay here again.

This's also first time for me in traveling Japan and I'm very pleased on the very sincere and prompt courtesy services by the hotel's staffs. It worths for what you pay regardless the purpose of the trip.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 10 of 58Good room for the money.
Overall I enjoyed this room, and 4.5 star seems appropiate. Not a lot to do in the surrounding neighborhood, but very close to the subway. Great bathroom and shower. No english speaking tv channels. Very good service.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 12 of 58Outstanding Hotel, Very roomy for Japan, Great Views
Excellent Staff Service, gave 5 star treatmen. The room was large for Japan standards- enough to accommodate our family of 4 ( 2 adults and 2 small children). Everything was newly renovated, walking distance to Tokyo Tower. Quiet room in a busy city with a great view of Tokyo Tower and Japan Shrine. Restaurant on top floor has great views of Tokyo.

Trip Type: Romance Review 13 of 58What a hotel!
Simply put, this is one of the best hotels I've ever sayed at in my entire life. Not only was the hotel itself beautiful, clean and comfortable, but the staff itself was extremely helpful. I speak perfect Japanese but on my stay I played dumb just to see how far they would go with the language barrier. It turns out all the staff I spoke to spoke pretty good English and would go out of their ways to help you as much as they could. The view is amazing at night(on check-in ask if they have rooms available on the Tokyo Tower side). It has Tokyo Tower on one side and Zojoji temple near it. (We got the 9th floor the 2 times we stayed here and the view was spectacular. They even let us check-in one hour in advance.) It has 2 subway lines near it (Akabanebashi on the Oedo line was the one I used the most and it's found across the street). If you want to get on the JR lines you need to transfer about 2 subway stations away. All in all, the look, feel of the hotel and the attention from the staff made us feel like dignataries or royalty. This will be my hotel of choice fromnow on when in Tokyo.

Trip Type: Romance Review 14 of 58Great Hotel for These Honeymooners
We stayed at this hotel for four days as part of our honeymoon; we stayed in one of the superior rooms. We were really relaxed and very happy with our stay. The staff was very nice. Though not all the staff is fluent in or know much English, they were very helpful in making sure we got to the right place or passing us on to someone who could help us. The amenities exceeded our expectations. The views of Tokyo from the higher floors were perfect for us. The views of the Tokyo Tower are amazing from the hotel. We realized that the hotel's location may be a touch off the beaten path from Tokyo's hot spot locations (Ginza and Roponji were almost 10 minute taxi rides, and Tokyo Station was between 10 and 15 minutes), but the neighborhood around the hotel was perfect for us. The whole hotel had a sense of privacy, which was great for these honeymooners.

Trip Type: Business Review 15 of 58Great Hotel
We were very satisfied with this hotel and the size of the room was much bigger than I expected. There are only a few negative comments that I can think of. For example, The a/c in the room did not lower the temperature as I wanted, however, it was adequate. The toilet in the bathroom made too much noise when flushed. It's too bad there were no coffee shops nor little restaurants to grab a quick bite or drink near this hotel.
