Enjoyed the Syay

Enjoyed our stay at the Best western Harmonie. Breakfast was exceptional. Personnel were extremely helpful. A to hotel. little hard to find, needs more information on transportation

Good value for the money

The staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. While public transportation (street tram) was around the corner we found it easy to use and ran frequently. We would recommend it to any group that is not afraid to use public transportation. We would return to this hotel for future visits.

It is not where the map shows

We booked this hotel because the map shows it two blocks from RingStrasse and the underground. It is actually much further away, in a street that is not on the maps. We got out of the subway and went to the location showed on the Hotels.com map, not only it wasn't there, nobody ever heard of it, after an hour of asking we found a nice person that serched in the computer and gave us directions
