Over priced

The a/c was broken for our 3 day stay and no compensation was allowed. The rooms were much smaller than the pictures on the website. We have been to Europe before and know the rooms are small so that is why we picked this hotel.

needs improvement

fanatastic location across from the Louvre and 1 block and next to Metro dirty wallpaper very.......very noisy!!!!!! air conditioning does not work in room no butter in French restaurant...how absurd is that?
