Trip Type: Romance Review 1 of 88Nice, clean motel!
We love staying in these new motels in Absecon. While not right in AC, this offers a nice proximity to the city (about 5 miles) at a fraction of the price. Saturday nights are outrageosly priced in the city, but the Crystal Inn & Suites was very affordable and provided a nice, clean, comfortable place to sleep. The rooms were VERY clean and everything was in brand new condition, from the excellent heater to the flat panel tv to the premium counter tops. The only thing that was not up to standard was the towels... they are about the cheapest, crappiest towels you can get. But, they need to cut corners somewhere to be able to afford to give you these kinds of rates. Also, rooms were surprisingly very quiet... we didn't hear a thing from the outside or the neighbors. One strange thing is that the officce door is locked in the middle of the afternoon... the guy at the front desk has to buzz you in. I'm not sure that is necessary in the middle of the afternoon, especialyl considring that the Absecon/ Galloway area is not a bad area at all. Overall, nice experience... would definitely recommend this for anyone.

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 88Outstanding Hotel
This Hotel is on quite convenient location and affordable to all pockets. The Hotel staff and Manager are mannerful and polite. Manager is very gentleman and quite polite person.Hotel rooms are big in size and vey clean. Rooms are having refrigerator and microwave in it so for families (specially families with child)will have more comfort. Accidently we forgot our car keys in the car and locked it. Hotel manager and staff provided us all the help and comfort. I recommand this hotel to everyone.

Trip Type: Family Review 5 of 88okay for the money
The room was clean, nice flat screen tv with cable, had to ask for toilet paper and only had two towels for a double room. All and all, it was not bad for the money and the location was convienient.

Trip Type: Romance Review 6 of 88Nice Hotel / Bad Ownership
Overall the hotel was very nice. We stayed only one night and the room was good enough for that. The Owners/Hotel Receptionist were the rudest of rudest. They had no personality and were very short while checking in. Made a very bad first impression with the place and even to go back to ask questions of where to find things. I was not impressed at all with them.

Trip Type: Romance Review 8 of 88I've been here severaltimes
I have been to this hotel on several occasions and I think it is a good hotel for the price. It's not as fancy as some of the casino rooms but it surpasses all other rooms in it's area and price range.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 9 of 88Great room for the money
Stayed over the 4th of July weekend, which was a bit higher price than usual, but still less than the casinos. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and general shape of the room. Didn't use any of the amenities - just took a cab to and from the boardwalk. I'd stay again.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 10 of 88Always Satisfied
I frequent this hotel a lot as it is one of the newer. It's decent, reasonable and conveniently close to everything. The staff are usually helpful. The rooms are normally kept up though there were left over beer bottles and condoms in the trash my last stay but hey...atleast we know ppl are still using protection!

Trip Type: Special Event Review 11 of 88Just fine - Nothing Special
Needed to book a room because we went to a wedding. It was very close to the Rams Head and the Garden State Parkway exit 40. It was pretty clean, cheap and decent. Nothing is wrong with the place except for the initial excessive soap smell when you first open the door. The new renovations were just fine. If you're in need and in that area, this hotel choice is not that bad for one night.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 12 of 88Walls thin, But ok
My daughter lrft her Beach towel in the room and after checkout I called the same day to retreave this item and they said they do not have itm and the counter person said they most likely threw it out. I did love the cleanliness of the bathroom and the great shower. The walls are really thin and I could hear the people above me having sex. Which did not sit well since I had two teenagers with me. Be aware you have to ask the front desk for soap and shampoo. I guess I got what I paid for.

Room was clean, no shampoo or conditioner but no big deal. Nice TV, comfortable bed, clean shower and looks new from the outside. No real continential breakfast but plenty of fast food in area.
