not gonna recommend this hotel(?) to others

I really fed up with this hotel due to smell and even terrible bugs. I couldn't sleep whole night.

Sub-par

The main reason I checked out this hotel is because it is about as close to NYC as you can get without having to pay the higher prices of Manhattan. With that being said, it was difficult to find reasonably priced transportation to and from the city. The room was musty, and the staff were not enthusiastic to help out their customers.

Needs Improvement

We did consider other guest reviews and proximity to NYC. The outside hallways had dirty carpet with a strange odor. We were shocked that our room was clean. The bathroom was also surprisingly clean. For the price, we were satisfied. We only slept there each night. We spent most of our time in NYC.

Needs Improvement

My room was right near the storage closet, which was always open and looked really dingy. To think that all our laundry was coming from there made me really nauseated. The room was okay but I did suspect that the sheets weren't being cleaned everyday.The hall ways and corridors were also not very clean and could have been maintained much better.

Waste of Money

This hotel was a "dump". The lock on the door was broken off, there is not adequate parking, the breakfast was basically nonexistent(Coffee,Juice,or milk)

Not what I had in mind.

This hotel was sub par. The door on the room didn't even close all the way. The room I stayed in was facing the busy highway into New York. Large trucks were screaming by all night. The bed was hard. and the bathroom was tiny. Upside was the room had a fridge and a microwave. Unfortunately the fridge made loud noises and I had to unplug it anyway. The breakfast was great. Decent variety of foods, all good. I would no recommend this hotel. I would splurge next time and stay in the city.

Only if it's just you!!!

This hotel looked scarey pulling up. It wasn't what I've been use to from this particular chain. The room was ok minus the hair on the towels and wash cloths. If I didn't have my family(wife+2 kids) I could have managed unhappily and gripe free(Men can sleep almost anywhere). But as for a place to have you and your family sleep,I just have 2 words......................... No Way!!!

Walked into the room, booked 2 rooms. The first one smelled like chemicals so we decided to try the second which smelled like dirty socks. Would never stay there again.
