no breakfast!

no cleaning rooms -only change towels. there is a complimentary breakfast include - but for the 1st and the 2nd day the lobby was closed - the man who work there said that breakfast is only on satterday morning/

Dirty towels!!

All the towels had hair and lint stuck to them, i repeatedly exchanged for clean towels and each one they provided had hair stuck to them. The shower also had hair in it. The chairs had gum stuck to the seats.

Dirty and gloomy

The hotel room was to small, and smell humidity and cigarrete

Noisy

The room was clean. But the management was not available when called upon. We were on the first floor and there were some noisy people on the 2nd floor. The thumping started at 7 am and didn't stop until 1 am.

BED BUGS!

It was a very clean place from a visual standpoint, however, what we didn't see was the Bedbugs that dined on us while we slept.

Not too impressed

The beds were not comfortable, the bathroom door had dents and the wood was peeling off. Behind the sink there was a big piece of duct tape. The water took a little while to warm up or cool down, once it was set it was nice, but it took a little while. I was however impressed that they had free internet. I guess if you just need a place to sleep it's okay, but not if you want to hang out and rest.

Served its purpose

Rented 2 rooms for the night. Bed & shower, that's all. If u're looking for luxury or impeccable service, go elsewhere. If all u want is a place to crash for the night for a cheap price, this is it. No major problems. Small fridge smelled when turned on. Everything else was fine.

Almost Satisfied

The room was fine based on the short time I booked it for. The only complaint I have is that before I arrived, I received confirmation they had cots available. When I arrived, they didn't. This was uncomfortable since I traveled with my mother and her boyfriend.

Needs Improvement

Service and room cleanliness were satisfactory. However, what got us were the ROCK HARD beds, flat pillows and the fact that our curtains had bears playing sports on them!!!! What was that all about? Considering we got a good price, I've paid comparable and have gotten much better conditions. We were glad we only stayed one night.

The jacuzzi had dirt in it. The shower was dirty. & the floors were sticky.

Ok for price, but WiFi unusable

I picked this hotel on business travel because it was cheap and advertised WiFi internet access. The signal strength was extremely weak and worked slower than dial up. My room had torn carpet and the shower faucet would wiggle in & out of the wall several inches. But the hot water was plentiful with great water pressure, a key feature for a gal with long hair. :) The room and wifi were awful, but the shower was so awesome I give it an overall neutral.
