Good Hotel in Good location

We have stayed at this hotel 4 times and everytime the stay was fine. The rooms are comfortable, clean and of decent size. In general the staff has been friendly and helpful, and they speak English. Our only issue has been with the restaurant...the service was inconsistent and it's expensive, although everything is pretty expensive in the central area of Moscow.
