Tipo de viaje: Romance Reseña 3 de 120We will DEFINITELY stay here next time.
Great location. Hotel staff extremely helpful. Just a block from Waikiki Beach. The hotel street is right on the major bus line to access area attractions. In walking distance of shops. The lobby restaurant is kind of pricey, but it does not matter because hotel is only 2-3 blocks from places to eat and a grocery store. **We stayed at this hotel in the past when it was under the management of Radisson. Under Hilton, the rooms are more modern. The decor is really nice. Has a mini-refrigerator and balcony. Our bed was comfortable with no bed bugs. Plenty of space in the bathroom to spread out the toiletries. The bathroom only had a shower but it was really nice and spacious (and I do not take baths at hotels anyway) **Great pool.**Loved the business office. It really helped us to get last-minute info on area attractions when needed. It was clean, had enough PCs (all working), printers, pens, paper clips, note paper, stapler, and even legal-sized paper. **For all these pluses, we think it is well worth the price we paid at hotels.com. Parking fee per night was expensive at $25 per night, but it appears that it is expensive at most of the Waikiki hotels.

Tipo de viaje: Family Reseña 6 de 120Great Value
This was a great value for a city view room that happened to have an ocean view! Even though it was only on the 6th floor, we had a view right down the street. The room was perfect with an adequate sized lanai and very comfortable beds and pillow.

Tipo de viaje: Rest and Recreation Reseña 7 de 120well not too bad and not too good!!!1
Ive stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. id say 85% of the staffs are really friendly and 15% not friendly at ALL!!!!!!!. I talked to different services and ive meet some very nice people but there is that lady who work as a concierge on the morning ( i read bad reviews and notice) and shes not friendly at all. Room Serivce is ok. They screw my order 1ce but the romm service personn was very very nice and friendly so it was easy to forgive him. The rooms have a lot of space to move around with a great view. The executive lounge is really kewl too but again, one of the staff isnt friendly at all. So i really suggest to read ALL comments on this hotel. Tx for reading

Tipo de viaje: Overnight Stay Reseña 8 de 120Convenient location, Nice place to stay
The room was very clean, we had a wonderful view of the beach and the hotel was very conveniently located a block off the main Waikiki drag. The only negative is that the concierge was unwilling to help us find a restaurant for dinner. She would only reccomend restaurants in hotels and when we indicated that we didn't want a tourist trap type of restaurant, she refused to help us. If you don't care what you eat, that's fine. If you're a foodie, you'll need to research restaurants before you go, hopefully from people with actual experience.

Tipo de viaje: Overnight Stay Reseña 9 de 120Great Hotel
We had a lovely ocean view room on a top floor. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. Our only complaint was that the concierge was extremely unhelpful. We asked for recommendations for restaurants and she refused to suggest anything other than what was in the hotel. We asked about timing and transportation to the airport and she told us she couldn't help us.

Tipo de viaje: Romance Reseña 11 de 120Fabulous Stay
Our stay at the Prince Kuhio exceeded our expectations in every way. Perfect location in a quiet area,a five minute walk to the beach. Shopping, restaurants and entertainment within easy walking distance. "The Bus" stop just steps from the hotel for transportation, convenient to everything. The rooms were clean and modern and the beds were fantastic. We considered staying in the room for the entire vacation! Seriously, the bed was wonderful, the most comfortable we have experienced during our travels. The hotel staff was great, especially Ali, the Assistant Front Office Manager. He answered all our questions and was extremely outgoing and friendly as were all the hotel employees. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay and we look forward to visiting again.

Tipo de viaje: Romance Reseña 12 de 120It's what a Hilton is supposed to be.....
My wife and I spent a week in the Hilton Prince Kuhio. With the intent of being the Executive version of the Hilton in Waikiki (if you have kids go to the Hilton Hawaiian Village down the road), the Hilton Prince Kuhio delivers in fashion. Great room (bed was awesome, large TV), great ocean view, great service, and compared to other "namebrand" hotels in the area, great value. It was our 1st visit to Hawaii. We booked a Deluxe ocean view room. We were given a room on the 32nd floor, on the corner of the hotel (diamond head side) and it completely met our demands for what a deluxe ocean view is supposed to be. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach for you to walk out in your bathing suit and towel, bars with live music at night (Hawaiian, Jazz, Rock, take your pick), convenience stores (the ABC stores are everywhere though), and very important for me at least, a Starbucks around the corner. It's also a 5 min walk to reach Kalakua ave and its EXCEPTIONAL shopping and nightlife strip. If you mind not staying on the beach itself, this hotel will exceed your needs. Only "issue" I will mention is some (not all) of the front desk staff think too much of themselves as Hilton employees. However, they WILL get the job done. No complaints.

Tipo de viaje: Family Reseña 13 de 120Great hotel, bad restaurant
The hotel room services, front desk services and parking services were great! The room itself was very nice and felt spacious with the plasma TV on the wall. We stayed on the 10th floor where the pool is and the kids loved it. The location is very convenient yet not on the strip itself so was quiet. However, a few negatives were the staff in the store were a bit rude and the restaurant was a bit of a disappoinment. We had dinner their the first night and the food was ok but the service was terrible. We had breakfast on our last morning and it took forever to be sat, make our food order and get our food. The giant pancakes are overrated. They tasted old and were just too big. It felt like they had to make 3 gigantic (plate sized) pancakes so they could charge $15. Not worth the money at all. There are plenty of other places to eat.

Tipo de viaje: Business Reseña 14 de 120a week in Waikiki
The room was a bit small, but to be expected in Waikiki. Everything was clean and in working order. Loved the pillows and bedding. The pool and pool bar were lovely, and everyone I encountered on staff was very friendly. Thank you for a great stay.

Tipo de viaje: Business Reseña 15 de 120what you see is what you get
the hotel looked great on the website, but you never know if that is what the room will look like when you get there. In this case it was. The rooms were clean and the view inside and out was great. They could stand to do something about the noise though. We could hear everything that went on in the next room. Telephone conversations and everything. I had never had a noise issue like that before. If you don't have anyone in the next room it would be fine. Mac 24/7 had very good food and service. The breakfast shop open in the mornings I was not impressed with. The muffin was dry and the coffee was bad. Hotel parking is high but they take good care of it and are very quick to bring it too you. They guys out there were great. Everyone was very nice. I loved that they supplied you with towels for the pool and the beach, so don't bother to pack one. We did get charged for internet service when we didn't use it, so if you don't want to pay just go to the business service in the lobby.
