Great room for the money.

We only used this room to sleep overnight in order to catch an early flight out the next morning. For the money and length of stay the room was just fine. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful and the shuttle to and from the airport was prompt!

The hotel was OK. The only issue we had was that the bathtub in one of the room was kept getting choked up. We called the hotel manager who sent somebody to fix it. Also no shower pressure on the second floor rooms. This was also fixed by the management. Other than that the stay was pleasant.

Good place to stay

Picked us up from the ohare airport with the free shuttle, microwave in the lobby, good continental breakfast..free wireless internet in the room..If you wanna take rest in the night and roam in the city during day, and dont wanna spend too much , this is the place..

Clean and Dry and Warm

Good value, near food, (Denny's, Subway), perfect for college kids looking to have a cheap place to stay that's clean, dry, warm...keep it simple...

Ok for the price

Getting up to the hotel from the basement parking is scary at night. The interior of the hotel entrance needs remodeling. No one montitoring the breakfast so patrons had to go ask for refills. Room was large, but the recliner in my room was visibly broken. The headboard was stained from heads leaning against it.

low price.. met by basic needs...could have definitely been cleaner!!!

Old but decent room for the money.

Older property, but was clean and certainly suited my need of justin crashing overnight near O'Hare to catch an early morning international flight. Only really nice customer-frienly thing the hotel stuttle driver did for me, was to take me to the airport at an unscheduled time. I needed to be there at 4:30 a.m. and the hotel's first shuttle left at 4;15 a.m which would have worked out beautifully since the property is less than five minutes to O'Hare's "departure/check in curb". Unfortunately, I was not readdy at 4:15 a.m. and even though he graciously waited a few minutes for me, he , of course, had a pick up schedule to keep on the other end. I told him to go and that I would just take a taxi as soon I was ready. Imagine my surprise and gratitute when while I was sitting on the curb in front of the hotel witibg for my taxi, the shuttle driver returned from his airport run and when he found out that I was waitibg for a cab because the hotel's 5:15 shuttle would be to late for me, he offered to take me there right then without hesitation! How nice! He saved me a $15 cab ride and I gladly gave him a $5 tip. The point is, that he offered to take me to save me time, stress, and money, and to demonstrate a sincerely customer service attitude; that was truly appreciated, especially at 4:30 a.m. with a long day ahead.

Great for Money

For being as cheap as it was, it was very nice. THe airport shuttle was a very nice thing, we always needed to get to the airport to take the train to downtown so it saved us on cab fare (the bus we need to go to the airport doesnt run much on sat and never on sun). the room was clean, though I would agree it needed some updating, but it looked like they recently redid the bathroom, so I think they slowly are. One thing I would recommend the hotel do, cleaan the mirrors on the balony in the lobby!

Very accomodating hotel

We really enjoyed our stay and the cooperative nature of the staff. The only concerns were the leak in the hallway that created a puddle on the floor.
