It wasn't perfect but there was good customer service, everyone answered any and all questions. There was some trouble getting the door to the room to close properly but beyond that, we were pretty pleased.

Nice window ledges and suits were awsome. The continental breakfast was nothing but donuts and creal, so do not expect a spread. Its very Quite and a good place to disappear

Looks like it was a very nice place when it was brand new. Need a real maintenance person on staff. It looks like the minor repairs and fixes where done on the cheap by a brother-in-law. Breakfast war sparce and most of the pasteries were more than a day old.

We stayed one night on Xmas eve, arriving close to midnight. The fellow working the front desk was gracious to the extreme. If you just need an inexpensive, clean place to crash, this is a good choice.

This hotel had a very pleasing staff and nice enough facilities. I was there to go and do and needed a clean, safe place to sleep. That is what I got.

This hotel is close to downtown or ATT Center, but be sure to map it online 1st. It can be frustrating to get to don't get on the access road in time. Front desk lady was nice.

The price is good comparing too other hotels in San Antonio. The hotel is located close to Riverwalk area. The room are smaller than conventional hotel but big enough. Not complains.
