Sink was clogged and toilet bowl had hair on it. Hotel was still beautiful.

Trip Type: Romance Review 2 of 18Disappointing to say the LEAST!!!
Hotel was unwilling to accommodate even the most basic of guest needs. If you stay in the Tower Suites (and I understand that you have to pay for nicer accommodations but being nickel and dimmed is frustrating)you have to pay $5 for ice (or asking a maid to get some from the service ice for you)...you can't put drinks in the fridge because it's full and you can't take items out (with the hotel knowing you aren't drinking them) but they will gladly bring you another fridge for $25/per day extra. My husband and I were there to watch the F1 Singapore race which aired at 5:00am and the hotel was completely Unwilling to find anyone who would turn the sound on for the race. If you are anywhere near Blush, Tryst, XS expect to hear the bass of the night club in your room till 4:00am. This is a five star hotel...and I've had a better experience at the Flamingo than at the Wynn. I will never stay here again and warn anyone going to Vegas not to go there.

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 18Extremely Dissappointed! Would never rate this a 5 Star Hotel
We booked a Towers Suites room and did not realize several things when doing this: 1) you cannot get Ice yourself, you have to either ask maids to do this for you in the cleaning service area not open to hotel guests or call the front desk and be charged a $5.00 fee for it to be brought up to you. Also - the refrigerator is full of drinks provided by the hotel, which after 60 secs of being picked up you will be charged...but if you would like to put your drinks in the refrigerator, they will bring an extra one up for you for a $25.00 a day fee. We had to resort to putting ice in one of our vanity sinks to keep our drinks (water) cool. We could hear the night club 32 floors up that was open until 4am in the morning, we asked that a racing event be played for us at the Sports Book at 5am in the morning and we were told that it would be, but it was not and we could not get anyone (after talking to the front desk, security, casino employees) to help us out until the last 10 laps of the F1 race when a gentlemen came and flipped a switch to turn on the race. Everyone that worked at this hotel made it clear that they did not care about guest needs, did not care or wish to put effort forth to help accommodate you for fairly reasonable requests. I will never stay at the Wynn again and will encourage others that I book travel for (I am an Executive Assistant) to never stay there. For a 5 Star hotel they act like a 1 Star Business.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 4 of 18Not my favorite place
Ok, it's in a great location and it is nicely arranged and the signs make it easy to find your way around. It is well finished and furnished. It is clean and the service was acceptable. But I could hear the neighbors TV, there was no coffee maker in the room, the prices for the drinks and snacks in the room were ridiculous, and we never did find an ice machine. Maybe I am just used to middle priced accomodations, but if the Wynn is an example of what the more expensive places provide,I'll stick to the less expensive accomodations.

Trip Type: Romance Review 5 of 18Tower Suites just not worth it
We stayed at the Tower Suites at the Wynn and trust me, it wasn't worth it. Our friends stayed in regular rooms at the Wynn and the rooms were the exact same, except ours was about 1.5 times the cost. If you stay at the Wynn, you should definitely just book a regular room. You'll save a lot and still have a great time. Other than that, the hotel was very nice, but nothing as great as Bellagio.

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 8 of 18Pay $30 Extra for the Gym; $14 more for internet
This is a gorgeous hotel, but it is expensive. I don't mind paying the rates for the hotel, but I hate being "nickel and dimed" for every imaginable extra--the gym, the wireless internet, etc.

Trip Type: Business Review 9 of 18Shortage of Help at the Wynn
We were disappointed in the 20 minute wait for coffee, 10 minutes to order and 20 minute wait for a sandwich and bowl of soup and standing in a long betting line opening morning of the NCAA with a single betting window open- I gave up as I could not wait 30 minutes.

Trip Type: Family Review 10 of 18Needs Improvement
When we arrived, the valet parking said we did not have a reservation and refused to park our car. The suite was dirty with receipts, trash, and used products from previous guests. Room service put us on hold for over half an hour and made us wait another half an hour just to deliver missing toothbrushes from the room. The service in the restaurants was also bad. Just to get a glass of water, we waited for half an hour. We were very disappointed with this hotel.

Trip Type: Romance Review 12 of 18Great Facilities - Poor Service
My wife and I selected The Wynn as a step up from our previous favorite property in Vegas. Although the facilities and amenities were good. The service was really quite poor for a five star hotel. The parking valet quickly unloaded our bags on the driveway and sped off in our car. There were no bellpersons anywhere in sight, nor a bell desk, so we had to lug our own luggage all the way through the casino to find the registration desk. Again, there were no bellpersons available, and EVERYONE in the lobby had their bags that they had towed through the casino. Although we eventually found a bell - it was a lousy start. The concierge equally lacked in their ability to help with dinner reservations - in fact she mentioned that we might as well call ourselves, as the hotel had no relationship with one of the most famous restaurants in Vegas. I rate the service poor - based upon our expectation of a five star property.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 14 of 18Unimpressive and Painful Check-in and Check out
While the amenities in the common area were terrific, the room was average. Similar in size and amenities to a Hilton. The worst - an hour and a half to check-in to the hotel at 4:00 pm. Room not ready until 7:30. Long lines and delays. Three sets of room keys before one finally worked. An hour to check-out. In speaking with people in line, I understand it's the norm. Would not do this hotel again and any number of Vegas hotel experiences have been much better.
