Trip Type: Family Review 6 of 31Good Hotel near Mall and subway
Very nice hotel in Vienna. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Large breakfast cost extra. Staff was very friendly. Only one internet computer, but a few places in the area (they were full of smoke). There's a mall a block away with a movie theatre, a pool a block away and a park 2 blocks away. Very worth it for the price. I felt like I cheated them.

Trip Type: Family Review 10 of 31Great Value and Convenient Location for Exploring
My family of 6 stayed for 4 nights at the Atlantis during our time in Vienna. Booking rooms to accommodate more than 2 persons tended to be difficult in Europe particularly right downtown in the inner ring, but the Atlantis was able to confirm triple rooms, which we appreciated. Another selection criteria was to be close to public transportation, which the Atlantis is (both bus and metro lines are one block away.) The hotel building and common areas are basic and comfortable, with two separate buildings (not connected directly). Standard guest rooms are in one side, and the executive rooms on another. We were upgraded to the executive rooms which were incredibly spacious with very modern and well-appointed furnishings. All access is with electronic passcards. Free internet is available in the lobby, as well as LAN cords for your guestroom. Convenient parking is also in the connected structure for 12 Euro a day. Stefanie at the front desk was an absolute gem and helped us substantially from everything to getting metro cards to recommending traditional Viennese food, to advising us on airport procedures and directions.

Hotel was too far to walk from train station but the bus system works well once you figure it out. The overall location and value was just fine.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 12 of 31Just as Advertised
Nice, comfortable, mid-sized hotel in a reasonably good location. Easy walk to public transportation and not far from Westbahnhof. A long walk to tourist attractions and the inner ring. Staff was friendly and on the ball. Be sure to clarify up front whether the room comes with breakfast or there is an additional charge (12 Euros). Good for singles or families. Price was right during the winter off-season -- not sure about summer rates.

Trip Type: Family Review 13 of 31Very good hotel fairly close to the Westbahnhof in Vienna
This was the best hotel I stayed at during my 18 day vacation through six cities in Europe. It was a very good value, clean, well-maintained, appeared to be newly remodeled, with a very good complementary breakfast and a very helpful staff. The room was excellent and very comfortable, with full Internet connections (which I didn't use).

The service was for the most part great except watch out for one of the attendants at breakfafast. Her name is marta and she'll snap at you for not speaking German

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 15 of 31ok for the money
Not within walking distance to the center, but very close to the subway (Burgasse-Stadhalle stop). Don't stay there over the weekend--there was a club outside of my windows, I could hear the music; on weekdays it's quiet. Breakfast is extra charge, they don't tell you at the check-in, you have to ask.
