Worst hotel ever!!!

Thank God it was only one night, the room as the first impression was acceptable until I got in where it STINKS cigarette even though it was a non-smoking room. Also found an empty case of tabacco, part of the toilet was broken and there was a club in the same building which it's music was so loud I was able to hear it in my room until 4 AM. The maid was unrespectful because she knocked on the door an open immediately without having a response asking if I was cheking out that day and at what time I was expecting to leave the room. She did the same with the other rooms. I do not recommend this hotel.

Good room for the money

The one thing we really loved was they picked you up at the airport free of charge and dropped us off at the ship pier also for no charge. That was a great savings

Poor customer service

I was happy to re-book this hotel at first but, last Sunday's stay was very upsetting. First, they gave me a room that smelled like cigarette smoke. Come on, I worked in the hotel industry and regardless if it was a smoking room or not, it needs to have been treated. There is a machine that helps dispose of the odor. So, I had to change my room. The second room didn't have a microwave or fridge. I'm sorry but, if you are on vacation or out of town, all hotel rooms should have these amenities. I went to Jamaica and stayed in hotel of equal quality and they got it right. So, on to room number #3. I cut on the TV and they only had a few local channels. That is really unacceptable. I spoke to the front desk about it and they were absolutely no help. Spoke to the manager the following morning and he was no help.

Noisy Hotel

This is an OK hotel for the price, but there is almost no sound proofing. There were very noisy people during my stay and could not sleep.

needs improvement

The carpet was looking very dirty,there were ants in the bedroom and bathroom.The back door was left open for anyone to come i.e you don't have to use your customer key to come,to me that is a security issue.The coffee maker and the ice bucket were very dirty.

Don't stay here if you want a convenient airport shuttle pickup

Main complaint is that I called for pickup from the Miami Airport and was told 15 minutes or so and after waiting over an hour and 15 minutes and calling 5 different times, I decided to catch a cab. While in the cab, I was told that this hotel shuttle picking you up is virtual unheard of and it is much easier to take the $13 cab. I just didn't like the fact that this was an advertised amenity that I looked forward to, but given the extreme inconvenience of a long wait time its not something that should even be advertised.

Needs improvement

Hotel corridor had a funny odor. Carpet looked really old. Hotel was kind of sketchy looking. Room was okay, nothing fantastic, but it was close to the airport and the hotel has a shuttle. I would definitely NOT recommend this place for a relaxing vacation-type atmosphere. It is good for spending overnight in order to travel to/from the airport.

"Noisy, scary, total disapoinment."

I was not happy with my stay at this hotel at all, the employee at the front desk was very rude and not sarcastic. The planes were very loud and the surrounding of the hotel was scary i did not feel safe at all. When i checked out the lady at the front desk was preoccupied and very rude. Also on top of that i was overcharged compared to the internet prices. You would think that a place that makes its money from CUSTOMERS would be a little nicer and attentive to there customers! I was in Miami for 7 days and was looking for a hotel to stay at for the entire 7 days. I would have overlooked the noise and surroundings but i was not going to pay to be treated like shit.

Needs Improvement

This hotel is fine if you just need a place to crash for the night. The rooms are sufficient. A major downside is there is a nightclub next door (attached to the hotel) so there is quite a bit of traffic up until they close. The front desk did not have sufficient funds to break a bill for the vending machines so make sure you have plenty of dollar bills or bring your own cold water or other beverage.
