Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 16Not a good night's sleep!
The hotel staff was less than helpful. My bathroom toilet overflowed, and no one came to fix it -- ever! We asked the front desk to call a taxi, and they suggested we just get in their shuttle van. When we declined, and asked for a taxi, we waited for more than 45 minutes for a taxi. Reason being? The first time we asked, no one had called for one. I have stayed in other Hampton Inn Suites, and the service has been hospitable. This location I believe, does not know what hospitality is.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 2 of 16Hidden Fees
This hotel does provide parking but it is 25 per night. Also if you have more than two people in a double bed suite you must pay an extra person fee. Besides that everything else was like all other hotels.

Area surrounding hotel is not safe, especially after the sun goes down. I was overcharged for parking - had my rental car in garage for total of 9 hours and was charged for 2 full days of parking fees. Fees were not explained in full before being charged to my account. Service from front desk was less than satisfactory. There was not one person that seemed to care about customer service. I would not recommend this hotel to any one of my friends or any stranger.

Trip Type: Romance Review 5 of 16Parking not included
The hotel was at a good price near North Eastern University. The hotel is not a good hotel for enjoying everything Boston has to offer. It is located about 10 minutes from the main areas of Boston. The price does not include Parking!!!! Which is $25!!!! If you saved that $25, you could get a hotel closer to the main spots in Boston. The hotel was near buses.

Trip Type: Family Review 6 of 16Not worth the money
The area is very noisy and we didn't get much sleep. Our 8 year old slept on the pull out couch which was very thin and uncomfortable for him. They didn't let us know that parking was $25 per night until we got there. The room was prepaid for two nights and the noise was so bad that we left the second night around 8pm losing our money for the room and also parking. I would never stay there again!

Trip Type: Romance Review 7 of 16"A Place to Sleep"
Overall... I thought it was just a place to sleep. It's not the ideal place for a romantic weekend. There was a handicap shower in the room I had which had no glass door and water flowed onto the bathroom floor. It was annoying. The shower floor was also crack and pealing away. It looked like someone tried to seal it up but it only looked worse. The staff wasn't as warm and welcoming as I'd thought they would be... but like I said it was just a place to sleep. The hospital (Boston Medical) across the street wasn’t that bad until I turned on the television and saw on the news about a victim being brought there earlier in the day while I was still in the hotel and died. It was kind of an uncomfortable feeling being on vacation and all. An upside was that the hotel wasn't too far from shopping malls and restaurants and other attraction. The Cheesecake Factory was a really pleasant place to eat. One dish was good enough for too.

Trip Type: Business Review 9 of 16Terrible Neighborhood--Welcome to the hood
This hotel, while it was well kept, was in a terrible neighborhood in Boston. There were no restaurants around, it was located across the street from a hospital so sirens were constant, and the neighborhood was run down and poorly kept.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 11 of 16Good hotel, but...
Instead of there being a sign to tell you to drive around to the other side of the parking garage to enter, the sign at the main entrance said parking for short stay only, not for hotel guests. We had to go back inside and ask where the hotel parking was. It was not clearly marked. That is probably my only complaint for the quick overnight stay that I had.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 13 of 16Only average given the location
It's within the city limits of Boston but not centrally located. Overpriced, given the somewhat out-of-the-way location. Hotel does provide a shuttle but pickups are few and far between.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 14 of 16Not right!
Ok my boyfriend and i spent a good amount of money to stay there just for two nights. This hotel decides to charge us an additional $20 just to self park, when retail can park for free. That i thought was ridiculous...hotel was nice enough except for the area it is located, to the right is the nice city, to the left its all poor neighborhoods, with ambulances and sirens going off throughout the night. Dont plain to stay in this hotel for a long time.
