Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 1 of 11Certainly past its prime
The hotel is obviously moving towards extinction. The bathroom was old, and the sink did not drain in spite of a request for maintainance. The location is poor - if you are not attending a meeting at the hotel and comfortable eating all meals at the hotel, you are basically in the gulag.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 2 of 11Big Dissapointment
Stale order in the room. We switched and still had the same problem. The room was not cleaned everyday.

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 11Not What I Reserved
I made a reservation for a room with two double beds. When my family arrived, we were told they were out of doubles and they had "upgraded" us to a room with a king and roll-a-way, at no added charge. This room did have a mountain view, if you could see them above the neon lights of Mattress World. It was not what we had imagined. Very disappointed in our stay.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 4 of 11Not quote a Loews, Loews
If you're expecting a standard of hotel normally associated with a Loews Hotel, please leave that expectation at home. The rooms are lovely however sparsely furnished. Nice high end looking finishes, however they look a little out of place in an office building.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 5 of 11Needs improvement and updating
Needs refurbishing/renovation. Old bathrooms. Old stuffy interiors. No window/venting in room - strange cleaner smell. Odd location & setting in an isolated tall corporate office tower.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 6 of 11Not as good as it used to be
When built, this was one of the best, but not anymore. No pool, fitness facility is inadequate, rooms are okay but nothing special.

Trip Type: Romance Review 7 of 11Okay, there's better in the area
Pretty and comfortable, staff courteouse. I would not discourage staying here, but for the money you can find better loaction. While the rooms were nice and clean, the plush factor did not meet expectations.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 9 of 11Stay far away
Called the day before our stay, to verify room. To make sure we were in a non-smoking, king bed with a roll-away made up. I always call before our trips, we travel often I find if I call ahead I can head off major problems. I also let them know we would be arriving well past midnight on a late flight. So we needed the rollaway set up. We were traveling with our 2 1/2 year old. We arrived to huge loud cleaning trucks blocking the entire entrance of the hotel. What should have been a quick check-in, Wasn't. NONE of our requests honered. No rollaway bed, we were brought after a long check in to a Smokey room, and were told sorry they can't inforce the No-Smoking policy. They did put us in another room. All of this at 2:30am I was not pleased. We just needed a clean, nice room for one night on our way to Aspen. I would not stay here again!
