Hotel Le Cirque

Right idea, but leaves a little to be desired

The hotel is a cute boutique style property. It is pretty well appointed for a hotel in it's price range. The staff is friendly, however they made a huge mistake during my stay. I was in from out of town and had no cell phone coverage. I had loved ones trying to meet me at the hotel. When they called, the front desk told them that I had requested no phone calls be connected to my room! So, they called all night, to no avail. Other than that, the stay was fine. Rooms are small, but clean.

Needs a little maintenance

Overall the hotel was ok. It wasn't as close to the french quarter as we would have liked however the trolley was close. One elevator was out the entire weekend, but it didn't effect us getting to the room.The room we stayed in looked so much bigger in the pics.

Needs Improvement

Room was very small and DID NOT have a bath tub, only a shower, I checked in with 2 small children, they should have had the common sense to get me a room with a tub. I was not satisfied at all and do not recommend this hotel.

It was alright

It seemed a little dingy. The towels seemed thin and well used.The price I paid was worth it,I suppose

Not Impressed

The appearance of the hotel was very modern and attractive. However, my bathroom door was in need of a coat of paint and cleaning. The rooms were small, but comfortable. Housekeeping did not leave enough linens for my husband and I for two consecutive days. Also, only one of our two room keys worked. Ultimately, the worst experience happened with in-room food service. The menu in the room did not match the menu in the down stairs restaurant; therefore, it was a pain to order. They were out of a lot of foods, such as hamburgers. I received my food in a timely fashion, but the staff forgot to include the condiments. I called the restaurant to make a request. After twenty minutes I realized no one was coming so I fetched my own food additions.

I will never stay here again. the staff was decent but didnt have their service delivery together. the room was sub par and lacked usual amenities

Hotel Le Cirque

You cant tell they spent money to try and make the hotel better but did a crappy job. Water pressure in the hotel was good which is hard to find in New Orleans. However was located in a bad part of town and is a hefty walk to bourbon and all of the other attractions.

King size

The room was really small for it to cost so much, the couch that was in our room was covered with a sheet and it was leaning it was very uncomfortable

Too left over

This hotel needs to be refurbusihed and the managment team needs to attend hotel management school. Does not come across as advertised; I would remove from selection.

Really not impressed

The floors were sticky and the rooms were crampped and poorly furnished. Housekeeping has no politeness and will ignore "do not disturb" signs even at 8 in the morning. The will also come by at least 3 times when asked not to.

"Terrible Experience"

We stayed at the Hotel Le Cirque because it was in a convenient location and it looked great online. The lobby was the only part of the hotel that looked decent. The rooms were dirty, there was a strange smell in both rooms we had, we did not feel safe at all and it was very uncomfortable. I would not recommend it to anyone else!
