Great Hotel

Great Hotel

This hotel was GREAT! Tons to do in the hotel...We stayed in the chairman towers and it was very nice~! We can not wait to go back!!!

poor tv reception

I have 2 gripes: number 1 the fan runs 24 hours a day in the bathroom. You are not able to turn it off. number 2: the TV reception was horrific. The world series was on and it was close to being unwatchable. A technician looked at it and said it must be the satelite and that it was the same on the whole floor. He said he would ask then to adjust it. It was like that the whole stay

OUTSTANDING HOTEL.

WE HAD A NICE TIME, INFACT WE WILL GO BACK SOON.MORE EFFORT SHOULD BE MADE TO EXTRACT THE THICK CIGARRETTE SMOKE THAT MAKE THE CASINO HALLS STURFY.THANKS.

generally, the hotel's nice and grand and a place that can be recommended. considering that where we stayed was the newest wing of the hotel, i just noticed some stains on the bedcover and bathmat. would be a lot better if this little things could be looked at and paid more attention to.

Very nice for what we paid

Loved the restaurant The Plate, American Grille!!! Yum!!! Casino was nice, we arrived early and were still given our rooms!!

Definetly, It was worth going!!!

I researched pros and cons comments from previous vacationers and decided to try it anyways. The hotel made a small mistake with my reservation and placed me in the Taj Tower when I paid extra to stay in the Chairman's Tower, they were very friendly and fix it immediately, which allowed me to compared the two rooms. The Taj Tower room was not bad but the Chairman's Tower by far it was exelent. Brand new looks, facilities inside the room and bed comfortable level were second to none. Despite previous coments, the staff were friendly and helpfull. Definitely will recomend this hotel and stay there again. Thank you Hotel.com for your help.

Wonderful room with a wonderful view

The hotel was much more than I expected. The room was clean and very comfortable. The room service was timely and the food delicious. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and have since getting back to the real world of "work".
