Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 330Old is New Again
Even though the Little America is literally in the continual shadow of the white limestone Vegas-worthy Grand America hotel, the Little America is still ever so charming and 100% class! The staff were always polite and attentivie; the lobby, with its roaring fireplace, original painting--and call it outdated if you will--but massive brass chandelier and fine carpets that will always give you the feeling you are staying in a fine hotel, where reputation still means something. I also preferred pulling my car up to my motel style room and unloading my baggage and waking up in the morning and walking out directly to my car. So..."little" America. You get two "big" thumbs up from this customer, and a special thanks for all the smiles and open doors.

All amenities were very nice, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant and lounge on-site were very good. Overall service was friendly, timely, and knowledgable.

The room was very clean and the bed was like "sleeping at home" (no kidding). Also, nice to have internet access included with the rate!

Trip Type: Romance Review 12 of 330Outstanding Hotel
Great restaurants inside hotel; plenty more within walking distance. Room was wonderful as well. Staff is always polite and very helpful. I go back there every year for our anniversary. The location is in close proximity to most attractiuons in SLC. We attended a play at the Pioneer memorial Theatre on the University campus (just 15 minutes away by car.). Great weekend getaway.

Trip Type: Family Review 13 of 330Retro but Nice
Our stay at the Little America was a step back into time. My first comment to my wife was that this reminded me of a place that my grandparent's would stay. Clean, nice, and retro. It seemed a little on the expensive side, but no real complaints. The lobby and the restaurant were first class. The pool and the workout facilities were nice. Some renovations going on, but nothing that interfered with our stay.
