Needs Improvement

Need new pillows! Slept very uncomfortable the first night, called room service for two more pillows he informed me that he would have some brought up and I never seen them. T.V. was fixed so that you could only turn it up at half way. So if the air conditioner is on or you open the windows for fresh air you can’t hear news or anything else you want to watch. You can’t even talk on the phone while someone is watching television. Last but not least, do not attempt to find this hotel with a GPS system; useless the hotel will not register.

No room service

The hotel and location was fine. However, there was no room service (make the beds, empty the trash, etc.). I would look for another hotel next time in the same area.

needs improvements

the address of the hotel it dosen't appear at GPS map quest or any other sistem I call to (hotels.com ) to comfirm the address of the hotel after several hours driving around I keep calling then because I coulden't find the hotel. finaly the give me the phone number of the hotel. so I call the receptionist was very rough with us, but she gave me the address of the restaurant next to that was the only way to get there.when we arrived my friend ask her for the rest room. he is a old person and she was very nasty with him. I made a reservation for non smoker room and in my beedroom there was a terrible small to cigarrets. there only one soda machine in the building and it dosen't take bills

Need Improvement

Ok hotel, couldnt find pool guess there isnt one. No shampoo or condition in room. No remote and when asked for one was brought one and it only turned the TV off and on couldnt change channels. Would not recommend hotel. Staff was friendly.

Ants....

I didn't have high expectations for the hotel - we were looking for something with easy airport and port access. The room had the bare minimum with a lot of small visitors - there were a lot of ants in the room. If you're just looking for a place to sleep then this place is ok for the price, but I wouldn't want to spend more than one night here....

Needs and administration change

It is the first hotel that I see that does not have personnel at the front desk from 11 pm to 7 am, because I had to check out at 5 am and nobody was there to attend me, so the receptionist told me to leave the keys on top of the counter. Another guest was also complaining and then he said "Ok, this is not a 5 star hotel, so what should I expect". The first hotel that does not clean your room nor changes towels in a daily basis unless you paid an additional fee of US$5.00 as it said in an information card located in the bathroom. It is unacceptable not to have a hygiene plan. The non-smoking rooms also smelled (stink) to smoke, the sheets, the rug, everything. They need to make sure that the non-smoking rooms don't have this type of odors. No pets should be allowed, because there was a puppy barking all night long and scratching the door the whole night and I called the front desk and nothing was done because I couldn't sleep and then of course there is nobody at the front desk because they left for the day. The shuttle is only available from 8 am to 10 pm, what if I needed the shuttle to go to the airport at 5 am? The hotel is conveniently located near the airport because of people that needs this short distance and type of service. The hotel should provide the driver with a radio to locate him and indicate him that there are clients waiting for him at the airport. The shuttle driver also helps in other cleaning duties. I rented a car with GPS and the address of this hotel is not recognized by the satellite and had to call the hotel and start asking for directions because my GPS was of no help to get there. The hotel should make sure that it's address is available in the GPS. The price paid is extremely expensive compared to the assistance and service received. I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anybody nor would I ever use it again. For this price you get much better hotels around the area. Horrible Horrible service

The people at the reception were so rude and unhelpful that it felt like that they are paying us to stay here. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They use some age old door locking system which got stuck for my room. They didnt have anyone to repair it, so we need to call someone from the reception to open the door everytime.

Needs improvement

Hotel was okay, i was not impressed the bed was awful, not a warm friendly place to visit, it was just one night on our way to vacation but still...

No service.

The hotel is Ok. But not a good service. They close the lobbey until 7:00am and no body was able to help me with the check out. Bad expirience.

Clean Room, HARD beds

The room was a good size but the beds were rock hard. I sleep on my side and had to turn over several times a night to keep my hips and shoulders from constant pain. The hotel was clean but the wait to get the shuttle to pick me up was around an hour and the hotel is only a few minutes away.
