Not in the best part of San Antonion

The hotel room smelled when we walked and the bathroom spelled like urine. We were looking for something and realized there was a diaper in the back of the bed frame. The location itself is not far from downtown but the surroudings of the hotel area questionable

"It is what it is "

Hotel had clean room with cabel 27 tv, outside needed painting but had clean lighted pool. Allowed pets large and small this is way we booked there, had lots of grass for kids and pets. So on that note it was a good deal for family and pets. Taco bell/KFC next door with Iron Skillet resturant across street.

Needs improvement

The exterior of the hotel was in pretty bad shape and had only one ice maker way far away from my room.

Bed bugs

This hotel had many bugs in the room. There were ants all over the bed and floor. I will never go to this hotel ever again!

OUR ROOM WAS DIRTY. STILL HAD TOWELS ON THE FLOOR FROM PREVIOUS PERSON. MAID SERVICE DID NOT COME THROUGH EVERYDAY. WORST MOTEL I EVER STAYED IN!!!!!

Needs Improvement

The REST Inn is not what i would say to be the best out side of San Antonio. We have stayed in other Hotels out side of San Antonio which was better and for the same price if not lower. The beds were very little and very hard could not sleep at all. The hotel was next to a truck stop and all the truckers would stay at our hotel. Although it was close to the loop 410 there were no places to eat close by other then the truck stop. The people at the front desk were friendly and when we needed anything they had no problem helping us it's just not my kind of stay even though you are only there to sleep and take a shower. If you don't mind staying were there is road construction and no where else to eat then this is your place. I could tell why the prices were so low at this hotel but i don't recommend this place i would say pay a little more and get closer into town.

Ok room for the money

We were a little surprised to find ourselves at basically a truck stop. We had two rooms one room was not to bad but the other one did not compare, the walls needed lots of repair and just had a odd smell. The walkway outside was in desperate repair you felt like it was going to collapse.

Needs improvement

Not good for the family. Truckers around.Don't think of staying here if you have staying with family. Hotel is shabby from outside. Howver, rooms are clean and OK

Acceptable for the price.

The hotel had my reservations for the wrong date. I had to wait 45 minutes for them to resolve the issue. When I finally recieved my room, there was dirty towels on the bathroom floor. The bathroom was a dirty-looking. The beds were nice and the rest of the room was just fine. The price suits the room.

Truck Stop

Great for a truck stop, but definitely not a family oriented place to stay. No amenities.

Don't stay here

The hotel said fridge and microwave in every room and that it was recently renovated. None of this was true. No fridge or micro, and the hotel may have been recently renovated but it still seemed old and run down. I called the front desk to ask for an iron and no one would ever answer the phone.
