Trip Type: With Friends Review 1 of 8Be very careful
So depending on what you want it could be great. For me the location to Wembley Stadium, three guys on the beer, was perfect. If you want a romantic hotel close to London sights forget it. The thing that really got me was the four star rating. Whoever rated this place must have bad eye sight. The rooms are basic and the bathroom was awful. The foyer and bar/restaurant might look ok but the rest is bad. Take a look at the outside pictures of this place as it speaks for itself. THIS IS TWO STAR AT BEST

Trip Type: With Friends Review 2 of 8Not for tourists!
If one is in London for a game at Wembley Stadium, this hotel might be nice for one night. But if one is London as a tourist it's not a comfortable place to sleep, nor is it a convieniant location.

Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 8This is not a 4 Star Hotel
This hotel has been rated as a 4 star hotel. However, it is far from being a 4 star hotel. The only thing about it is that it was next to Wembley Stadium. But, both the in-room amenities as well as hotel general amenities were sub-standard. There was no AC in the rooms and the beds were very uncomfortable. The two twin beds were on a roller that were not anchored to the floor. Therefore, they moved every time you moved in bed. In addition, the TV was well below the line of sight when one was in bed. We could not watch TV unless we were sitting in the chair. Overall, it was a very poor experience and we would not come back to this hotel.

Trip Type: Family Review 4 of 8Good for the money
Since we were looking for a decent hotel for a good price, the Wembley Plaza worked just fine. There was no real problem with the hotel itself, but during our stay there was construction going on outside our window which wasn't ideal. The shower didn't drain very well, but we found that to be a common thing throughout our time in the UK and thus i'm not sure if that was specific to the hotel or not.

Trip Type: Business Review 6 of 8Certainly not a 4 star hotel
We asked for a triple room, non smoking. It was a smoking room. This was odd because we arrived at the hotel around 11:00 am and thought it was two early to check in, they certainly had enough time comply with the request. The room had three single beds in it an a TV on a stand that placed it lower then the bed. since the beds pretty much filled the room it was difficult to watch the TV. There was no dresser but two drawers next to the closet. The shelf above the close hangers is where we placed our non hanging clothes. The hotel was located next to Wembley stadium which would be great if you come to see a game or watch a concert that might be held there. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel but the subway or tube is about 1/2 mile in one way and about 3/4 mile the other. Once you get to the tube everything else in London is accessable. The service needs a great deal of improvement. Called room service on nite and asked fo soup. Was told that Menestroni was the soup of the day. asked if we could get chicken noodle and Tomato was sent up. We complained and another type was sent up. Asked them to disregard and take it off the bill and was put on hold and no one returned the call. Tried again to have it removed at check out and they refused. Slept in one day and someone entered the room without knocking. Since I was out my wife thought it was me. When she discovered it was not the person left the room with out an appology. Hotel cafe offered Dinner for 12.95 pounds. A single draught beer cost 3 pounds. outside establishments were less then half that.
