needs improvement for customer service

After first night when we come back from a long day at Zoo, we found out they change our luggage without telling us. That was very surprising. And they moved us nearby Garden Inn. We booked this hotel to comfort and breakfast.

Dont expect a lot of space!

I expected the one bedroom suite to have adequate room for two adults and two teenagers. Unfortunately, a normal size room has been halved, giving the impression of privacy. Our particular room overlooked the roof, and front desk was not helpful in changes. The breakfast is above average and the hotel is clean and close to freeways.
