Rooms need to be cleaner. Extremely dirty carpets.

Trip Type: Romance Review 2 of 20very nice hotel
very nice hotel except for the air conditioner that kept turning off after 30min. They somehow lost my reservation, but found it in 20min and upgraded my room.

Trip Type: Romance Review 4 of 20Great Hotel
For the money it is well worth it to stay at this hotel. There is a shuttle that is free yet it is only fromthe hotel downtown, and to the airport. YOu would have to locate your own transportation from the airport which is alright as long as you use a local taxi and not any airport taxi. The taxis are located across the street along with otherhotel shuttles buses. The only forseeable problem withthe hotel was that our particular room had an odor that the hotel staff would not see to and would not change our room due to no open rooms being available. We notified the front desk who told us that they would see to it that maintanence would take care of it but no such luck. We had to clean the bathroom after housekeeping to ensure the odor would be taken care of. Other than that the staff is very friendly and speak pretty good Engligh as long as you are patient with them. The internet service was good, although half the time the access code given by the front desk did not work. All in all I would recommend this hotel. Oh the food is delicious (breakfast was ok),pricy, but delicious. Go into town for the best food at much better prices. Had a blast will be returning!

Wonderful hotel 35 mins from Rome & close to airport with free shuttles to both. Large rooms & great service. A true bargain in expensive Europe.

Trip Type: Family Review 7 of 20Most comfortable hotel in Italy
We took a tour of italy and stayed here the last night booking an extra night before our flight. Great free shuttle service into the city. The hotel is quiet as it is 15 min away from airport and away from the noisy city. The rooms large and comfortable. Our only complaint is the limo service desk booked us service to the airport at a quaranteed price and then the driver hit us for more money when we got to the airport. So beware of that.

Trip Type: Family Review 8 of 20Great hotel and great price!
We really enjoyed staying here as it was a very nice upscale hotel that was clean and had exceptional service! They shuttled you to the city at a scheduled time (several times a day) for free and had return service as well. They offered a free shuttle to the airport once a day at 8 am also. The internet was free and worked very well. The breakfast was a complete hot buffet, very good. You do have to pay extra for it tho. The location is out of town but there is an entertainment center only a short distance from there that you can walk to or they will shuttle you down there that offers a movie theater, restaurants and shopping. Its not the most convenient place to stay, but for the money, service, and nice accomadations its great!

Trip Type: Family Review 9 of 20great hotel, if you play golf
far from rome, but comfortable and nice. at least the hotel has a shuttle that takes you back and forth more or less every hour and a half for free.

Trip Type: Romance Review 10 of 20Great Hotel
The Hotel was actually great, it was clean & up to par. The employees were nice and attentive & made it easy for us cause they spoke fluent english. They also made us aware on what local activites were around the area cause it seems like its in the middle of now where but that aint true. There is a near shopping center a couple blocks away & a subway about a mile away that tooks ut to major monuments. I will most definatly stay here again.

Trip Type: Romance Review 11 of 20Good hotel for anyone with a car
This hotel is a little out of the way, but it does offer a shuttle service which makes getting to downtown fairly easy. We found this very helpful as we had a car and driving into downtown Rome would have been a nightmare. However, the restaurant at the hotel is VERY pricey and we were not that impressed. My advice would be to definitely try to eat lunch and dinner in downtown Rome. The buffet breakfast was alright though. Overall, the hotel is nice. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Not a bad hotel at all.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 12 of 20Superior.
I realy think that the staff was very superior compare to other hotels we have stayed at. Besides the cost of the restaurant & the room service the hotel provided. That was quite expensive. The hotel cost was perfect, room was very nice as well as the what the hotel proveided like pool, the work out room or even the lobby in which you can relax. I give this hotel a 4.5 out of 5.

Trip Type: Family Review 13 of 20Great room, great hotel but fooed very expensive!
Hotel is wonderful - modern and clean with a nice pool. The food is exceptionally pricey - $25.00 for a club sandwich! They have a free shuttle that takes you into the city which is really nice. There is one shuttle a day to the airport but be careful! It only drops you at terminal C - we had to race to our terminal to make our plane.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 14 of 20Fantastic Value
We spent just one night but it was memorable. Fantastic room, wonderful staff. We arrived around 10:00 PM (which was unfortunate as we would have loved to have used the room etc for a longer period) and decided to have dinner at the hotel. A table was beautifully set for us in the bar area and the food was just superb. The barkeeper spoke perfect english and gave us advice on where to get a chip for using our cellphone in Italy and which provider to use---even offered to pick it up for us the next afternoon, but sadly we had to leave early the next morning. Our stay was a perfect "5" and I'll use the hotel again when coming into or leaving Rome.

Trip Type: Family Review 15 of 20LOVED THIS HOTEL!
Make sure you get the room that comes with the free breakfast, which was quite good (except for the funky bacon!) Breakfast in Rome will cost about $30 for a muffin, so you save a lot at this buffet. We had 2 rooms, a triple and a double..The triple was very large, the double average size. Both very clean and beautiful bathrooms!! How to use the bidet I don't know and don't want to know!!!! Bilingual very nice staff, and free shuttle at 8 am only, but worked well for us. Also the free shuttle to Rome was perfect, dropped us off about 4 blocks from the coliseum and went about ten times a day with frequent returns. I was very impressed with this hotel and would definitely recommend it!!
