I booked this hotel to start off our Honeymoon. Thought based off of the reviews, that it would of been nicer. Our bathroom was dirty and the room was cramped. If you are looking for a hotel to stay for a short amount of time, then this is a good place, but if you are looking to be in your room much, you might want to book somewhere else.

Needs a large dose of air freshener

The first room we were assigned (non-smoking) reeked of some type of smoke smell that both my husband and I got headaches (we're allergic) after an hour of being in the room. When we requested a transfer the staff moved us to another floor, however that room reeked of moldy towel smell - seemed to be worse in the bathroom. The location was convenient for the airport and dining but the room was NOT worth what we paid for the experience. Also we were upset to see that they charge for wireless service. For what we pd we felt that should be included.

Waited 1/2 hour for a shuttle to hotel at 11:00 at night... could have taken a taxi for a few bucks and been there in minutes. And on a Friday night, in a tourist destination, with 15 customers at the bar - we couldn't get a drink on our arrival at midnight as the bartender was closing it down. Rooms are fine, as is the property. Price was cheap and would probably go again in the same situation...but would take a taxi.

This hotel is older, the drain in my bathtub did not work and the place felt old and dirty. The location is close to the airport, the room is a good size and the price was pretty low. But not the best place I have stayed.

DO NOT STAY!!!!

Upon checking in our first room the shower was broken and had to get a new room. Once in our second room, two uninvited guests that were apparently double booked into our same room were able to gain access to the room and walked in right after my wife finished changing. Upon addressing this to the hotel staff, they seemed indifferent to the situation and offered nothing to rectify the situation. Finally after another visit to the front desk, we were given a new room that seemed to be in order, but at the same time another guest was reporting that their car was broken into in the hotel parking lot. HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!! Would NOT stay there again.

I actually paid to LEAVE after one night!

After seeing my room, I went back to the desk to politely request another room that was cleaner and smelled better, and didn't have broken drawers and stained chairs. (I've traveled for many years and have never before asked to change rooms!) They rolled their eyes, looked at each other and said "Sure!" and gave me a room that was indeed cleaner, but was the noisest room imaginable. The next morning I checked out even though I was scheduled to stay for three nights. I lost one day's stay (besides the miserable night I already had) and that is money I sure didn't want to spend but I WOULD NOT stay there another night!
