Gorgeous Location

Fine hotel in awesome location. Very nice accomodations, but need to pay attention to cleanliness details. Also, they get you for parking fees.

Location, location, location

The location of the hotel is awesome, right on the beach. Watched the sunset one night and the fog the next! ;-)

You hear the waves crashing in your room. Great views and sunsets from the balcony

Great Place to Stay

We loved our short stay at the Pacific Terrace Hotel. The staff was simply terrific. Friendly and helpful. What a beautiful setting, the Pacific Ocean at your door step. We will stay here again.

Superior service

Staff at FD and bfast room were just outstanding, vary caring and genuine. The rooms was very large and location on beachfront really couldn't be beat.

My Favorite Hotel in San Diego

Gorgeous hotel inside and out, overlooking the ocean. Service of a 5 star hotel. Even their restaurant recommendations were great!!!

Wonderful experience

The Pacific Terrace is located right on the ocean. Gorgeous views, well kept hotel with top notch customer service! Great location..near restaurants, entertainment and beach. We will stay there again!

Unfortunate Room Assignment

My daughter and I stayed in this lovely hotel for one night and unfortunately we were put in a partial view room on the southern side of the hotel. In the morning we planned on having our breakfast on the outdoor porch but unfortunately the public restrooms are directly below and the breeze was blowing the smell right in our direction. Other than making sure not to get a room on the southern or left side of the hotel facing the ocean, I would recommend this hotel, the location is beautiful.

Lovely Hotel in a Great Location

This is a very attractive hotel overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Stairs to the beach are just a few yards away. It's just a few "blocks" down the boardwalk to a variety of fun and fancy restaurants. The hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. Two small room discrepancies (a squeaking ceiling fan and an air conditioner that stopped putting out cold air) were completely fixed within a matter of minutes. The continental breakfast and the hot-breakfast option were completely satisfying, and you had the option of eating inside or out by the pool. On-street parking is quite limited. The daily fee to park in the hotel's parking garage is well worth it for the convenience.
