Needs Improvement

This Hotel at the price we paid should have a microwave oven some where in the whole Hotel (we were told there was not one anywhere) other than that the Hotel served our purpose.

Nice Room... not much else

The pictures of the room found on the internet are accurate. Just as shown, the rooms are modern and clean. Good electronics and plenty of space. The rest of the hotel didn't live up to expectations. First of all, it's in a corporate park in North Phoenix... not much to do in the area. Secondly, their advertisement for 24hr. food and drink is not true. You could get a bottled drink at any time, but unless you wanted a salmon salad (the same salad sat there for 3 days, well past the fresh-date on that salmon I'm sure), you were out of luck on the food. The pool was tiny, but fine, and they only had one ice-maker (on the 3rd floor for some reason). Next time, I'll pay a little more for Scottsdale.
