room cleanliness was 75%less than at home. Regardless of first night stay with a note to the cleaning lady including a tip. Smelly room.

There were ants all over the door to our room and the musky smell coming from the vents of the air conditioner was so bad we had to buy an air freshner. The front desk clerk seemed to be bothered by us checking in, I will not stay at this hotel ever again.

Stayed at this hotel a year ago and was very pleased but this time it needed Help. The carpet in the room was very dirty and the wireless internet never worked properly (mostly down). Referred to front desk but it did not help. The location is great.

We were only there one night and have nothing good to say about this hotel. The so called "free" shuttle service ended before our plane landed so we had to pay $30.00 for a 35 minute cab ride. Not close to the airport like expected. The hotel staff were all quite incredibly rude and the continental breakfast was basically cereal and a broken waffel machine.

Just because the name is Baymont "airport" does not mean that it is near the airport. I had to wait about 1 and 1/2 hrs for the shuttle to get back to the airport and pick me up and it cost me another $32 for the taxi to take me to the airport because the shuttle does not start until 6am. The carpet in the room had numerous holes. the TV volume had to be adjusted just about every other channel, it was either too loud or not loud enough. I asked for a complementary razor and they had none. It would have been more economical to have paid more somewhere else.

The people answering the phones when we called were not very friendly. We felt as if we were imposing when we called from the airport for the shuttle service. When we arrived at the hotel, the gentleman at the desk greeted the man that drove the shuttle while we were standing there, continued to work on his paperwork and then greeted us when he was done. I was not impressed with the service at this hotel at all.

Examples -We arrived at 2 AM in the morning, the front desk person told us that breakfast was servrd from 6 to 10. When we got to the breakfst area at 9.30, it was closed. Went to front desk, and another person told me that breakfast was served until 9 AM, so we missed breakfast -Our key card would not work. When I went downstairs to get another one, they requested a picture ID (which I had presented when I checked in), but my ID was in the room. It took 15 minutes to convince them to give me another key -Very noisy hotel -At 7.00 AM the maid knocked on our doors asking if we were leaving or staying that day -Very strong cleaner smell in the room -Only 4 tables in the breakfast area

My overall satisfaction is good, however there are some improvements needed: 1. Just one elevator is not enough. In some hours, It take too long and you may face situatons where It is being used for service reasons and waiting time is longer; 2. Breakfast area is too small. During 6 days staying there, in only 2 days, I find an available table to have my breakfast; 3. Every other day, room key stop working and you have to reactivate. I did it 3 times in 6 days.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 14 of 19No 24 hr. shuttle service - hotel staff uninformed?
The hotel service was disappointing and costly. It did not have 24 hr. shuttle service as I was told over the phone when I booked the room. The hotel clerk I spoke with said they had 24 hr. shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. I spent $60.00 total for the taxis to and from the airport.
