I was very disappointed in this hotel. The room...even though billed as non smoking had obviously been smoked in A LOT...and they tried using a spray to mask the odor, which just made it worse. Of course...there were no other rooms available, so I was stuck. Also very noisy with kids running up and down sidewalk and stairs late into the night.

The hotel was in a bad part of town there was allot of prostitution going on in there not reccomended for a pleasant stay

Run Down

Booked sight unseen for decent rate I thought. Was not surprised when on day 2 of my 5 day stay, a large banner was put up advertising lower rates than I'd booked at. That lower rate would've let me know the hotel was as run down as I found.

Crummy, Dirty, Poorly Maintained and RunDown

The first room I was given I went in and before I could even put my bags down I saw the Chair. I nice overstuffed recliner that was badly stained and had several burns in the fabric throught to the foam. You could not even sell it at a yard sale. I called the front dest and asked for another, cleaner room and they asked the problem. I told them about the chair and they asked "is that all". After some time they said I could come and get another key. The next room had more "yardcale" quality furnishings and was not what I call clean, but I managed to make it through two nights.

Pathetic Service

I had the worst ever experience booking for hotels. We booked for few double beds and we were first given one king size bed instead of a double bed. On reporting this our room was chnaged to a double bed, only to realize later that the rooms were not housekeeped properly. The bathroom was full of water and somebody has pushed a towel inside the toilet making it unusable and moreover the whole bathroom was flooded with water from the toilet. On reporting this we were told they can do nothing about the toilet and all they can do is give us bed spreads which we can spread ourselves. On waiting for around 30 minutes in the midnight they came back saying that they are out of spreads as well. Nobody had the decency to apologise for the mistake even. I am even pondering over the option of disputing my transaction.

I had a NON-smoking room so when I turned on the A/C I did not expect to smell anything. Instead my family and I smelled smoke for about an hour before it went away. The bathroom needed help, not only in condition, but the fact that the tub did not drain very well. After my daughter took a bath, it took me over 20mins to drain the tub.

Needs a lot of improvement

Hotel staff was not very helpful. I had two maids just randomly walk into my room (uninvited) around checkout time, demanding to know why I was still in the room. The cook from the breakfast bar was extremely rude, and hawked over us the entire time we were trying to get something to eat. The room was clean and decent but we booked a non-smoking room, and the room they put us in was NOT non-smoking.

This was my worst Hotel experience. I have stayed in better hotels and for a cheaper price. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.... EVER!

the pool area was filthy. the chairs and tables were coated with a greasy film and the walking areas were slick with something that was dangerously slippery. An employee, Diane, who managed the continental breakfast was great! The breakfast was in general ok, but did not have enough for all guests. the bathroom had mold in the bathtub. the refrigerator was connected to the room light switch and was off when we arrived and took us some time to figure that out and to get it cold again. the door did not close properly, and we found it standing open once. the maintenance man did fix this by installing a new strike plate.
