Needs updating

Hotel room was very small and cramped. Would be nice if ice machines were located on all floors as they are not. Room was old and musty and in need of some modern upgrades.

No hot water

I had to take cold showers 2 days because there was no hot water. When I called the front desk there answer was someone will fix it tommarow they shoud of had someome come out right then when theyn found out that the whole building did not have hot water

Smells musty

Hotel has the smell of a seedy downtown motel. The workers were standing outside the door smoking when I arrived. If you can get past that it is fair.

Nice room, hotel run down

The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel overall is older and has a smell of mold. Then they try to over power the smell with major fresheners that did not work.

Outdated Hotel

Rooms were small and smelled very musty. The furniture in the hotel was old as was the resturant. In a conveneint location. Would not reccomend hotel to anyone. Would pay extra for a better hotel.

Meh.

This hotel is basically just a step above a chain motel. No huge major flaws, but just little things here and there that were annoying. Like a long black hair in the shower... and beds that you kind of need to be drunk in order to sleep on... and when you dial room service, the line just rings and rings, because - oh - they don't open until 5pm and they're too cheap to get an answering machine that would politely let you know that. Things like that. Not a complete deal breaker since they usually have good rates, but just sort of annoying. So as usual, you get what you pay for.

No frills. Dead light bulb in room, AC worked so-so.

Needs Improvement

There are a couple of things I would like to see changed before I would visit this Hotel again. The halls in the Hotel were hot and stuffy. That heat came into the room. With kids you tend to go in and out a lot. The window air conditioning only worked on low and wasn't that cold. For my comfort level I like to be cool in my hotel room and when I sleep. Also they have a reserved level parking close to your room for $10 fee. Twice we couldn't park there because it was over full. There should be a special tag to go in your car and they should monitor that.

Not bad for the price

This hotel is in need of renovation. The carpet in the halls has many large stains. The sink tops and fixtures must be the 30 year old originals. The staff was helpful.

needs improvement

The toilet was loud and it kept flushing on its own. The tub clogged within minutes of showering. The chlorine in pool and hot tub was so strong that it took days to wash out. I put the "do not disturb" sign up and still housekeeping entered our room while we were out. I will never stay there again.
