good romm, good location

the hotel is old, so with that in mind, you'll understand, typical room, great views on the water, smoking rooms really smell of smoke, parking is tight spaced, overall a good hotel with great views

Good location to relax

It wasn't a great location with happening spots, but that's not what we needed because he had our baby. It's a good place to relax. The board walk is also not too far from the hotel, walkable distance, good fishing spot, that was kind of crowded. The beach was just a couple of steps from our door. Good access to the pool, and it wasn't over crowded. The receptionists were great.The TV seemed to cut off and on the first night, then the maintenance guy came up with a majic touch and it was fixed.lol

More than what I expected

The room was comfortable and stayed cold. Easy access to the beach and in walking distance to everything we needed. We parked the car and didn't move it until we left. The noise from the bar next door wasn't a problem because it was closed when we got back.

Great room for the money

I will stay here again and I was very satisfied. For the price you can not beat it....

Not bad

We wanted to hang out in Daytona for the 4ht of July weekend so really we just needed a place to sleep. Wasn't bad for the money. If I was staying there for a week I don't think I would pick this hotel but if you just need a couple nights and you just really wanted a nice bed then I would say pick here. Pool was nice!! Also there is a pretty busy resturant/bar beside the place and they are open pretty late but you cant hear the music inside the hotel room. The big down fall to this place is the parking. Its pretty tight so you do have to be careful about that. But overall I would stay here again. Good location!!

you get what you pay for... the location is great, a lot to do in the area... the pillows towels and sheets were clean, but the walls needed to be wiped down...

Great for the money but opt for ocean view

well overall my stay was ok, first its hard finding the hotel because it was not located near the main road like other hotel it was way in the back on ocean drive, so I drove around for about an hour finally found it checked in when I get to my room the carpet look really nasty and wet seems like they just washed it but only thing it was still a dingy the room was so smell because of the damp carpet and very dark no life to it, called the front desk told them about the carpet they said they will change me to another room no problems, got to the front desk they offered me an upgrade ocean view because of the problems and apologize which was really nice of them, ocean view room was a lil better, but love the view, I hate the doors hard to close and same doors leading out to the balcany, overall I would stay here again these things are really miner except the carpet issue upgrade its worth it in this hotel. I will stay again since I know now my DOs and DONTs
