Not enough to do

After reading reviews from others, we thought there would be enough to do for two days. Well, one pool and a movie theater that you have to pay $12.95 per person for is not our idea of enough things to do. The room was OK, but we would have been better off staying on Disney property.

Ok

I was pleased with our stay at the hotel. The deal breaker for us...unable to have guest visit you at the hotel. We had friends staying in Orlando from South Carolina. They would have had to pay $15 to park at the hotel and they could only sit in our room. They were unable to play or swim with our girls. That was a huge deal breaker. If we would have known that we would have not stayed there.

Kind of Shop Worn

My daughter loved this hotel. We thought it was a bit worn out. The rooms were really nice, but the ammenities could use some TLC. The pool was not heated as advertised and was quite cold. The elevator had tiles missing from the floor. The mall looked like it had seen better days.

Dump, Dump, Dump... and did I mention it is a dump?

This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed at, from top to bottom. If they gave me a free week, it would be too expensive. Here is a list of a few of the problems: 1. No hot water 2. Sheets were stained 3. Furniture was old and extremely uncomfortable 4. Only 1 elevator per building 5. Internet did not work 6. Phone in one room did not work 7. Pool water smelled like garbage 8. Pool areas were all falling apart 9. Pool table was missing balls, and felt was torn off 10. "Express" check out did not work 11. Staff was rude 12. Grounds were a wreck, sidewalks littered with dead bugs, mini-golf totally covered in debris 13. Keys did not work 14. I honestly felt at times like I was in a third world country there.

NO PARKING

The Hotel was over whelming by all the people. NO Parking, No room in either of the pools, We had to wait 2 extra hours for our room to be ready. When we checked in at 350 they told us we need to leave our cell number so they can contact us when the room was available. It was the end of labor day weekend so it was packed the pool looked gross from so many people staying at the hotel. It was extremely cloudy. I would recommend this hotel if it wasnt a holiday weekend because once everybody cleared out it was a good time.

Wow, Stay Away!

The hotel was dirty, noisy and in general disrepair. The staff was exhausted and not friendly. We will not be going back.

Desappointed

Carpet was discusting, very dirty for my baby,

Booked hotel for the amazing pool area but very disappointed.

We were very disappointed to learn our three year old son was not allowed to ride/use any of the countless slides in the pool area. They only allow kids over 40" (inches) to use this equipment even if your child can swim and you supervise. The only reason we booked this hotel in the peak of summer was for the pool and slides. What's weird is that he is allowed on the slides at the water parks (Wet N Wild, Adventure Island, etc.) and our son has been swimming since he was 1.5. BTW, the sign was well over 40 inches...our son is 39 inches tall and the sign was another 4 to 5 inches over his head. We would maybe book again when he's older as the rooms were nice. The rest of the areas were a bit tacky but it's for the kids.

Completely Overated hotel.

This is not a hotel but should be listed as a motel. All rooms lead to outdoors. Within 8 hours of staying there the internet was not working, the elevater was not working and the bucket of green water that they call slime was not working. They fixed these items but too many things broke down. It looks like a Howard Johnson with orange and lime green paint. The bedspreads and bed linens look old and super cheap. Expect your kids to complain about the twin beds which are rock hard. I had a friend visit me and she commented on the poor quality as well. I have stayed at 2 hotels with indoor water parks and they did a much better job on quality. The pool is overcrowded and I think the lifeguards are too young to be in that job. Watch your kids like a hawk.

Ridiculously over-crowded

The hotel has great pools and water slides, but it was hard to enjoy any of it because of the crowds. There was literally not a single pool chair free and there were wall-to-wall bodies in the pool. This is a nice facility and fun for kids, but go in the off-season!

Never ever again!!!

The service was below average. It's a great place to stay if you like to wait in long lines and enjoy overcrowded pools. The food was terrible. Never stay here again, even if it was free.
