Trip Type: Romance Review 1 of 197Great for kids!! Wonderful pools and fountains!
A very nice hotel that is centrally located. Rooms and grounds looked to have been recently renovated. A solid choice.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 3 of 197Great Hotel
This place was great! It was clean and nice, the decor was excellant. My husband and I loved it . We would deffinitely stay here again. The price was also good. The only thing i would recommend is having tea bags in the room along with coffee because everyone doesn't drink coffee. Thanks

Trip Type: Family Review 4 of 197GOOD
Kids loved the pool area. The room could have been cleaner and updated. Noise from the bar downstairs next to the pool was too loud (I stayed on 9th floor). The party was not over til 12am (sat & fri). Other than that, it was worth the $ but I went out of season as well.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 5 of 197Crossing Danger
Your hotel was nice but I was disappointed that I book a room for Ocean Front. When I got to the registration desk the attendance told me I had booked for a room downstairs. They were about to put me on room 151. I protested and told the attendant that I had resrved an Ocean Fron. I had to pay an additional $17.00 to get the room I requested. I thought that was unfair and I felt cheated and dceived. The other problem I have with your hotel is the parking. The guest have to park across the road and walk across a busy street to get to their rooms. I think it is too dangerous to have guest racing across the stree a busy to the rooms. You need a zebra crossing, over head crossing or a crossing guard to help the guest to avoid this dangerious crossing

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 6 of 197Nice Water Features for Kids
The part of the hotel that we stayed in was the "older" part. I was under the assumption that we were staying in the "resort". The bathroom was fairly clean, but there was this tar looking stuff on the walls and ceiling that I was leary of. I am sure that the "resort" part of the hotel was much nicer that the Motor Lodge part, so if I stay again, I will MAKE SURE that our reservation is for the nicer room. The good part was that this hotel offered a fantastic array of water park style activities for my children. They (ages 8, 15) really enjoyed themselves in the pools. There were two lazy rivers (one indoor), two pools (one indoor), an outside water play area and an inside water play area complete with slides and water squirters. My husband and I also enjoyed the indoor hot jacuzzi. We were only at the hotel for two days, but if it wasnt for my kids wanting to stay for the water play areas, we would have found another room at another hotel.

Trip Type: Family Review 8 of 197Great Hotel ,had a great time!
Stayed at this hotel for labor day weekend, the front desk people were really friendly, which was nice to see. We stayed on the 12th floor but you would think you would have to wait for a long time for the elevator ,but to my surprise the all elevators were really fast. My son loved the water parks and we loved the convince to the beach. The only problem was the parking. The parking lot was across the street but we got use to it other then that had a great time! We will be returning there next year!

Trip Type: Family Review 9 of 197Kid friendly
My kids loved the hotel. The water activities were endless. Close to the beach not a far walk at all. The only thing that they need to fix. Is the breakfast cafe, it wasn't open the whole time we where there. With two kids I look for a hotel with breakfast on site. Will keep this hotel in mind, for another stay.

Trip Type: Family Review 13 of 197Good room for the money
Nice hotel, though a little out-dated. Old carpet, small beds. However great location, right off the beach and Family Kingdom Amusement Park and within walking distance to shops. Would stay again for the price.

Trip Type: Family Review 15 of 197Great pool
While the motor inn portion of the hotel was old, it was clean, needed updating and was a bit noisy. The pools were fabulous and would probably stay again if we could be in the tower portion. Received 1/2 off bowling coupon which was great during the rain!!! Worked for one night and a fun day in the water rain or shine.
