outstanding hotel

I stayed at the hotel for one night and they allowed me to leave my car for three days while on my trip then the shuttle returned me back to the hotel for no additional charge. It saved me $50 for airport parking fees. What a wonderful hotel and great service for the parking.

It was GREAT

The staff was outstanding!! They were friendly and very curteous! My room was very nice and had a very nice area for me to work on my laptop. Full Size Fridge, sink and microwave. The room was great and the staff was wonderful!! Thank you for making my stay with you a special one!! We WILL be back!!

Greater efficiency needed

There was only one problem. In the early morning I had to take a shuttle to the airport. The lobby doors were locked and no one was present. Luckily I had the telephone number in my cell phone, when I could not find the hotel. When I called the hotel, I was informed the the worker was busy and all I had to do was to go around the building to get to the shuttle. In these times, someone should have explained this to me the day prior, or there should have been a sign. Had I waited for the lobby doors to open I would have missed the shuttle and missed my flight.
