Can you say rude?

The hotel has very nice, somewhat small rooms. The bathroom is very spacious. Wonderful view of the runway. We had the most horrible experience dining in the restaurant. Our waiter was extremely rude, and it appears that they give attention only to the people spending a lot of money on dinner. If Hyatt wants to keep a good reputation, they should be more careful of who they hire to work in their hotels. He was condescending, the food extremely expensive for what it is.

Unwanted gift in bed

For the price that we paid for a hotel with two queen size beds and a pool we were less than impressed.Upon arriving at the room, we were getting ready to go to the pool. My daughter hopped on her bed and felt a lump under the covers. Upon pulling the covers back we found a dirty pair of men's boxer shorts under the covers. We immediately called the front desk. By the time the came and changed the bed, we were no longer interested in going to the pool.
