Here's what I hated about the hotel: why do better hotels charge for Internet service when motels offer it free? This bothers me and I don't understand it. Is their Internet better than the ones at the motel chains?

Outstanding Hotel

This was my first time to stay at the Grand Hyatt Hotel. Front desk was exceptionally friendly....best service EVER!!!! Mustafo at the check in outside was extremely friendly and helpful. Crystal in the bar was extremely friendly. I will definitely stay at this hotel when flying out of DFW forever!!!!!!!! Paula Howard

great.. but beware if you are f;ying continental`

Hotel was fantastic. However, the next morning for an early flight, my 10-mo old and I went down to the security line at the base of the hyatt and were unable to check in! Most other airlines you could enter the terminal there, but we had to catch a terminal bus and it took an extra 30 min to do all the run around--it was basically like staying off site. We got there in time for flight but i was aniticapating having an hour pre-flight to organize/play with baby and they were pretty much ready to preboard when we got to continental terminal. plan your AM flights carefully--it may not be as conveniently located as you would expect!

Great layover

We stayed one night to catch a flight the next day. The restaurant has excellant food. We even had time in the morning to workout and shower before our afternoon flight. Then we just took the elevator to the terminal level to check in. Very convenient.

Outstanding Hotel

We live three and a half hours from DFW Airport and have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past 3 years. The rooms are fabulous for the price, and you do not hear the noise from the planes. The hotel is extremely convenient for a morning flight or an arrival into DFW late in the evening.Everyone is courteous and very helpful.

Excellent Stay

We have visited this hotel twice now, both times were wonderful Excellent, friendly service, and an awesome environment. My favorite place to stay in Dallas.

Great hotel

My daughter and I stayed at the Grand Hyatt for a couple of days. What I liked most about the hotel was the bathroom. It was very modern and sleek with a wonderful shower. The hotel service was awesome. The view of the airplanes taking off was also nice. You couldn't really hear the outside noise unless you listened really closely. So the noise factor was no problem. The only drawback was finding parking during the day. The hotel gave you passes so there was no fee to park and get in and out of the airport but circling around got old when seeking parking during the day. Overall great hotel!

Extremely Conveneient

Just steps away from the check-in counter for American Airlines, amazed with the quality of the room and restaurant for a hotel located within a airport terminal. Really appreciated the complimentary coffee early in the morning as I stumbled off for my next flight.

Great hotel for weary travellers

Price may be a little high but is well worth it for the convience and comfort provided

Wonderful

The convenience of the airport along with the fabulous service makes this hotel one of our favorites. We stay there between flights and love the room service.
