Friendly Staff

From the check in desk clerk to the room maids , everyone was friendly and offered a hello and a smile. This is the second time I have stayed here, the room was clean, comfortable and everything was in working order. It is centrally located, a safe area, I will gladly book my next stay in the area there.

you get a good size, clean room, good service, and a nice breakfast in the morning!

Repeat Customer

This was our second time staying here and we won't pick any place else. The location is quiet, the rooms are large and the bed very comfortable. Normally I have problems sleeping when away from home but I have no problems here. We will be staying here again without hesitation.

Great room for the money

I was pleasantly surprised by the nice room and good service at this hotel.

Plan on Breakfast somewhere else

Not a bad hotel, No elevator to second floor. They don't tell you that!! Continental Breakfast was a joke. Unripe fruit, little or no yogurts or bread for toast. Ran from 6am till 10am. Got down on a Sunday at 06:30 and there was no selection of anything and that was all they were putting out!! Like I said, not a bad place to stay if you don't mind carrying your bags to the second floor and going out for a real breakfast.

Great hotel

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has nice amenities such as pool, work out room, free internet and a decent breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms are also spacious.

good value

Good value for the money. Decor dated and faded but clean. Room was large and comfortable. Linen very worn but clean. Charming, comfortable lobby/breakfast area.

No Frills Priced Right

If you need a place that is a relative bargain in the overpriced Connecticut hotel market, this is a good choice. Clean and quiet. It's less than 45 minutes from Bradley and convenient to the New Haven Metro area via I-91 or the Wilbur Cross Parkway. Don't expect much in the way of recommendations on food/fun from the front desk!
