Needs help

I have pictures to show the stains in the ceiling and on the towel. Shower head was aimed towards the back of shower and was unmoveable. Would not recommend

Don't stay here....

cigarrette burns all over the non-smoking room, trains went by three times during the night, toilet would not flush...., got a wake up call at 5 am for the wrong room.
