Trip Type: Not Provided Review 1 of 37Good for the money, but location leaves much...
If you need to be near the airport, and have plans for nothing else, then this locations is fine. The neighborhood is bleak, and traffic to and from the hotel on either 826 or 112-95 can be harrowing...especially during rush hours. Nevertheless, there is a bar and cafe at the hotel for your convenience. A well-stocked Valero service stations is just across the street. Staff is efficient, but don't expect friendliness of your higher end hotels.

Trip Type: Romance Review 2 of 37Room for the money
I had a very pleasant stay there, very close to the airport, but I didnt mind, just floated in the pool watching the planes. The grounds as well as the pool were kept up nicely. I would most definately stay there again.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 3 of 37Cheap and close to airport
The room was quite cheap, and had everything you need for a one night stay. It was not a very happy environment, so I would not recommend to stay here for a long periode. We had about 9 hours in total at this place, and I survived.. ;)

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 4 of 37It Works.
We mainly chose this hotel because of the free transfers to and from the airport and the port of Miami. We got in late at night and had no problems waiting for the shuttle or for checking in. Our room was way in the back and was clean. A few of us were not tired at all so we took advantage of the hotel bar right off the lobby. If you like your drinks strong, then this is the place for you! The shuttle to the port leaves at a few different times in the morning, we left right at 11am. We had a total of 6 of us in 2 different rooms. If just using this place as a layover for transfers then I would recommend it!

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 5 of 37Great For Cruisers
This hotel is the Days Inn. It is not the Ritz Carlton. Remember that when booking. It's not fancy. But, it is convenient and clean. Being so close to the airport, you will be in the flight path and you will hear the jets fly by until about midnight and starting again around 6 am. There is a restaurant and a bar in the hotel. There is a Subway next door and a gas station convenience store open 24 hours across the street. The hotel will provide free toiletries if you have forgotten anything. If you are not taking a cruise, I would NOT recommend this hotel. But, if you are taking a cruise, this is a GREAT option. The hotel is inexpensive, yet clean and comfortable. They offer complimentary pick up from the airport and complimentary shuttle to the cruise port in the morning. This is a definite PLUS. Remember to ask the clerk for the cruise port shuttle book so that you can sign up when you chek in. The best thing about this hotel is that it is inexpensive and convenient for cruisers. There is no real benefit to stay there for non-cruisers.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 6 of 37GREAT SHUTTLE DEAL & CLEAN ROOMS
The hotel shuttle picked us up at the airport within 35 mins. of our phone call. CHECK-IN was actually pleasant & easy. We asked for a room by the pool - no problem they said. We had a outside access room by the pool. Room 131. It was clean, new paint, new bathroom tiles, new BEDSPREAD/Sheets!! We got to swim in the pool, there were some leaves in the pool. The TV only got NEWS chanels. Not great lighting in the room. Enjoyed the patio chairs/tables/umbrellas by the pool - nice relaxing atmosphere - uuummm except for the JET LINERS flying above us. BUT REMEMBER THIS HOTEL IS AT THE END OF A RUN WAY ... we kind of got used to the airplane noise. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND the Hotel Cafe - VERY EXPENSIVE!!!!! If you go left outside the hotel, you will come to a fantastic Greek Diner 2 blocks down. FANTASTIC great quality food, and very friendly service. We heard there was an IHOP & a few other restaurants in the other direction. The bed was not too bad - could have been a little firmer. THE FREE SHUTTLE from THE AIRPORT AND FREE SHUTTLE to PORT OF MIAMI WAS AN AWESOME DEAL!!!!!!! What a fantastic improvement from 4 years ago.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 7 of 37Needs Improvement although very convenient.
Rooms too cramped. TV set outdated and some channels can not be seen properly. Great Location for overnighter to catch an early flight next day.

Trip Type: Romance Review 9 of 37Value far Exceeds Price!
Our room was enormous! Although the traffic was a little noisy, it didn't detract from our overall enjoyment. Just around the corner from some excellent authentic Cuban cuisine, and easy highway access to South Beach or wherever!

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 10 of 37Great for "next day" cruises
The hotel served its purpose for the price. We were conveniently on the first level. We arrived after midnight, and received an escort to our room. The bar was still open. Clean but well worn room. Note: Sign up for free shuttle to the pier when you check in.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 11 of 37Good value, but not outstanding
I find this hotel very pleasant every time, when I stay there! It's usually just for one night when I have to take an early next days flight. I like it and I can recommend it!

I found the hotel very pleasant for one night. My flight was the next day early.I have done this the 3rd time now and I will do it again, if the price is not going up to much.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 14 of 37Great location
Great location and cute back entrance. No street entrance. Nice tropical tree setting around entrance. Soda machines, ice machine not working. Had to go into the bar for ice. It stunk horribly, and I was glad that I had not sent a lady or a child to get ice. Front desk not very helpful and not rude, but certainly not friendly.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 15 of 37great location for airport/cruise port local
ask for room NOT facing the main road. it was a bit noisy and right next to the traffic. however, for a one night stay and desire to be next to the nightlife on an overnight after a cruise (prior to a return home) - it was worth it!
