Great view ... hard to beat the Pacific ocean, good service ... after reserving two deluxe non-smoking rooms they finally delivered after two attempts to put us in a smoking room, poor restaurants ... forgot about us after we checked in for our reservation, hotel needs improvement ... it appears to me like a 1960 Las Vegas hotel that has not been updated. I have been to Hyatt Regency Resorts before and this does not rank up there. Spend you hard earned money somewhere else.

No longer a 4 Star Property. Years ago it was it has gone down. The staff were helpful and the room clean. The Hotel itself is old and the Rooms need to be refurbished completely. We found roaches. The food in the restaurants was excellent however the wait for services was sometimes over 35 minutes.

Trip Type: Family Review 5 of 7Upgraded room - still disappointed - roaches -shower broken.
Even after upgrading our rooms at an additional cost, we were still unhappy. First day there was a roach in our room and the shower was broken badly. Service in the restaurants was very slow. Took 45 minutes to have a waiter even place a setup on the table. Although the food was good. Concierge was not knowledgeable about the hotel and what services it provides. Bell Services was excellent.

There are better places to stay for the amount of money we paid. If only the beds were as comfortable as the pillows! I didn't sleep for 4 nights because the beds was so horribly hard and was not like the the web site stated. It was not a plush pillow top bed.
