Terrible service

This hotel is about 30 minutes from Rome and we stayed here because your web site said the had a free shuttle bus. Well the bus only seats 30 people and the first bus at 9:30 am fills up immediately. The next bus isn't until 11:00am, so half your day is gone by the time you get to Rome. There was a lot of pushing and shoving by people to get on this bus. The last bus returning at 8:30pm was a war zone!!!!. Let me tell you I saw plenty of people being shoved out of the way by people showing up at the last minute to get on the bus. Management told people that they can take a train or cab to get there. The train station was a mile from their pick up point and cab fare was 30 euros. People I talked with there had told me they actually saw fist fights to get on these buses. I felt sorry for some of the elderly people shoved out of the way by people trying to get on the last bus back to the hotel.
