Trip Type: With Friends Review 1 of 19Not Worth The Price
I booked the room thinking it looked like a nice hotel. However when I got there we ended up with ants in the bathroom, an air conditioner that didn't work, frayed bathrobes, and pillows that were coming apart I know I way over paid for the room. I called and requested a late check out as well and I was told no. I would NEVER stay there again!

Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 19Poor service.
We arrived at ten o' clock at night and waited forever to check in while the desk clrk dealt with personal matters. When she finally got to me, she was rude. Never greeted me or said anything but "here's your key, the room is down that hall". Then she "excused" me and went back to her bussiness. The room was bad. There were only 20 channels on tv and no fridge or microwave, like you would expct in a Park City "resort"! The carpet was so nasty and grungie that my companion would not walk on it barefoot! Their were ants in the bathroom and crawling on my daughter! I didn't get any respionse from housekeeping. It just kept ringing untill I gave up! Do Not Stay Here!

Trip Type: With Friends Review 3 of 19This place is a dump. Rooms are disgusting
Terrible service at check-in. The room was a dump, dirty, smelly. The beds were filthy and disgusting. I couldn't wait to leave.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 7 of 19Needs updating, good price during low season
The rooms were old and outdated. The hotel staff started running the vacuum cleaners at 9am right outside our room.

The hotel itself was nice, but the room left much to be desired. The walls were so paper thin that we could hear the conversation of the people next door over the T.V. The room was alright, but the Bathroom was very dirty. All around this hotel was barley worth tolerating.

Park City Peaks is in a great location, but our room could use some work. The air conditioner sounded like a diesel truck every time it would turn on. Other than that, it was satisfactory.

Trip Type: Family Review 11 of 19Room needs some work
The carpet in the room we had was not clean. After walking on it for a short time our feet were dirty. Yuck! Also the mattress was way too soft (mushy) so very uncomfortable to sleep on. The night front desk people were very friendly and helpful, but the daytime crew left a lot to be desired. Quite rude and unfriendly, like we were bothering them with a simple question.

Trip Type: Romance Review 12 of 19Rooms are old and outdated
We were disappointed in this hotel. It isn't as nice as other 3 star hotels. It has new beds, linens and furniture, but the carpet, walls and bathroom are out of date. It does have underground parking and an indoor/outdoor pool, but the pool wasn't clean and it's right next to a four lane road. We wouldn't stay here again.

too much money for what you get! Aircon not working correctly, loud and very hard to adjust. Pool unusable (children)

Trip Type: Special Event Review 15 of 19Incredibly average
I booked a King room but they put me in a room with two queens and would not give a reason why. The rate was not bad and it is in a great location, although pretty much anywhere in Park City is a great location. They have an indoor pool which steams up the entire first floor of the hotel.
