I tried this hotel since it was supposed to be close to the beach, and near the airport. Neither was true. There's only one bus that goes to the beach, (taxi's are almost impossible to find) but the beach is all blocked off for clubs and resorts. The ride to the airport was almost half an hour, and cost 40 Euro. The hotel is new, and clean however. The breakfast was terrible, stay away from the green eggs!

The hotel and breakfast were great. There is no shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The cost for the taxi was 45 60 euro which is $60.00 to $81.00 one way. The hotel rate back to the airport was 40 euro $54.00. The taxi's cost almost as much as the room.

This hotel should NOT be listed near airport. Very hard to find, not well know, area not to safe. Was very unhappy with distance from airport. Had early flight hotel transport not available till 7am had to pay 30 euros to get to airport which is about 20 minutes or more away.

The hotel is billed as an airport hotel, but it's 30 to 60 minutes from the airport (Rome FCO). The desk clerk gave us short-cut directions orally to the airport. They happened to be woefully insufficient. There was a single sign to the airport, but many unsigned and confusing turns on the way. We had to ask other drivers.

The price of this hotel makes it look like a great deal, but you'll pay so much in taxi fare that it ends up cheaper to stay at the airport hotel. This hotel is at least half an hour away from the airport, and traffic is a nightmare. THERE IS NO SHUTTLE SERVICE! In fact, they recommend you reserve a taxi and pay a flat fee of 50 Euros, because otherwise, the fare rate can exceed 50 Euros. My advice: take your 50 Euros and stay at the hotel airport. It saves a lot of time and stress.

In room safe was broken & did not work. Could not adjust heat/air conditioning (locked). Was listed as "near airport" (Fiumicino Airport (Leonardo di Vinci). But it was a considerable distance away (15+ miles) and cost 51 euros 1 way. Great, great restaurant next door (probably one of the best that we ate at during our 2 weeks in Italy). Its called Zucchero & Limone - they make their own bread and gelato, have fresh seafood, offered free champagne and free chef appetizer along with fresh hot calzones with chocolate & sugar - to die for.
